After we had sat in line for about 20 minutes,we get to order,I got a salad and was surprised that they do not carry thousand Island dressing,which I think is stupid,and then after we order we get to window to pay the nearly $50 order that we had made,note that this is only for two people,well we give them a $100 only to find out that they do not take 100 dollar bills,why? I don't understand because we had just ordered $50 dollars worth of food and that was half of a 100 dollar...read full review

Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers quick and efficient service, and the food is great. The staff is wonderful, kind, and courteous, with a great attitude and top tier service. Food is fresh and hot, with no skimping on toppings. However, there are some issues. Sometimes it is a pain to get through the drive thru because there are so many people and so little space. Portions are not always consistent and sometimes come out smaller. One time, a five finger plate with both sides fries, large fries and drink, had very few fries, and the toast and tenders were cold. Another time, there were several strands of hair, some blonde and some brunette, in the fries, suggesting a hygiene issue. Prices are high for fast food. Overall, most of the time this location is pretty good in service and food, but experiences can be disappointing.
