“Yesterday was my first time absolutely out standing "sassy scotty " was delicious and the grape salad outstanding. Casher was very Helpful and very nice I will return again soon !!“

“I give 4 stars for the atmosphere because of the physical location. It's next to a major highway and gets very busy during lunch. Often times find cars cannot get in and out of this location very easily if the line is backed up. The parking lot is small and access to it gets closed during these busy times so many people have to park away from the restaurant and cross the road which has no designated pedestrian crossing. The inside of the store is nice and clean, plus it's one of the few restaurants in Easley with a playground which is nice. I've even seen staff clean it during the day which is what all parents hope for. This location specifically has friendlier, well trained staff than other locations I've been to and my orders are the most accurate at the Easley Chick-fil-A than any other fast food restaurant I've ever been to.“

Your salads are usually very good. —— It is not your fault on the local level that corporate removes our favorites (example: Blue Cheese Zalad, Asian Zalad,— or “chips” in unless you buy $24 worth). Yes - an entire tray. 2. I ALWAYS order extra salad dressings and Zaxby’s sauce (removing all signs of healthiness from my ZALAD). WHY DO I RARELY GET THE SAUCES AFTER VERBALLY ASKING??? Today 4 Zaxby Sauces are missing??? Why oh why??? QC ORDERS PLEASE! Do I need to hold up The line and QC??? You are much better than the other Zaxby’s near by. I must give honor where honor is due.“

“I just want to give acknowledgement to the young lady that worked the drive-thru on 03/09/26. Janaja (hope I spelled it right) Her customer service was great, and made me glad I came thru. A lot of times younger people have TERRIBLE customer service, but obviously she was raised right! Lol she is the perfect person to have on the window, and I know she will go far with that kind of attitude!“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Linda because she truly deserves to be noticed and appreciated.

Linda is always working around the dining area, making sure the tables are wiped down, everything is clean, and the restaurant is stocked and taken care of. I come to Chick-fil-A often with my toddler and baby, and Linda has been such a blessing to me every time I’m there.

She notices me. She notices when I’m trying to juggle two little ones by myself, and she always goes above and beyond to make things a little easier. One time, she overheard me saying that I needed more tea and immediately came over and helped me. Today, when she saw us, she asked if she could bring me the little table covers for the kids. These may seem like small gestures, but they mean SO much to a mom trying to manage two young children on her own.

I actually took a moment today to tell Linda how much she means to me because I truly don’t think she realizes how much of a difference she makes. She is always paying attention, always willing to help, and always doing more than she has to.

I hope management knows what a special employee Linda is. People like her are what make customers feel welcomed, cared for, and seen. Her kindness has absolutely not gone unnoticed. She has been a blessing to me and my children, and I am so grateful for her.

Please recognize Linda and let her know how appreciated she is. She deserves all the best, and I hope she knows what an impact her kindness has on the people she serves every day. ❤“

“Yeah, this is the best salad I’ve had at Zaxby’s in a really long time. I’m super appreciative of the staff that is there right now hon March 28 of 2026 at 3:38 PM couldn’t catch everybody’s names because they are just doing an amazing job serving them and turning them. I hope they all get some sort of raise or help with like whatever they wanna do today!“

“Was traveling through on a Sunday. Stopped in this location around 1pm, church rush. The service was efficient and the staff was very helpful and nice. The food was fresh and tasted somehow better than any other Zaxby's I've been to. The Fruit punch mix was just right as well.

The Manager on duty was Matthew. Very nice young man and apparently a very capable shift leader. Thank you in for the great service Matthew.“
