Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.“

“I placed order online after a long dayshift at work. The first order didn’t go through and the website crashed and didn’t give me confirmation number or order id, so i place a new order with confirmation at the end! It says my order is ready for pick up at 8:57pm. Drove to the store and the cashier said i can pullover to the pick up area, waited another 30mins nobody came out to give me update. I knocked on the window to find out they haven’t even started my order.Cashier said there’s 3 orders in front of me.I worked 13 hrs and don’t got time to wait all night to get my orders done.Cashier said she cant cancel my order and have to do it online, to find out i got charges 2x even i didnt get my food.

Update: I called customer service and they processed my refund for the orders I didn’t get. I want to acknowledged the manager of this store “alicia” for reaching out to me the next day, apologized and making it right. They offer me a free food to compensate for the inconvenience and handle the situation with professionalism! Thank you.“

“We live in WNC, and we came here a month ago. Everything we tried was so good and there was so much more to try that we came back tonight. Everything on the menu is a 10/10. So much variety, amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff. Such a hidden gem! The pickled okra is one of the best and most creative appetizers I have had in a long time. It's a great place to bring kids too!“

“I would like to commend both Audrey and Evan on their superb customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to correct MY mistake of placing a mobile order at the wrong location. They were both extremely understanding and helpful, it was certainly not their issue to deal with, but I appreciated their kindness beyond words…and as always the food was delicious!! We need more people like this in the workforce these days.“

“I’m from Philly and just moved here! I stumbled upon this spot through TikTok’s @we_forked_up page. Today was my second visit, and I got chicken, mac and cheese, greens, sweet potato crunch, and a pot pie. The pot pie today definitely reminded me to leave a review—I’ve never had a pot pie that tasted this good, except for what I make at home! The food is so good! And the mac and cheese and sweet potato crunch are superb as well.“
