“Very disappointed in this location. Went to the cow event and my 3 year old wanted a picture/hug with the cow. the cow didn't pay her any attention and barely stayed out before returning to the back. then I tried to order food and the cashier said she would be right back. when she returned she skipped me and my kids when we was trying to order and started taking the people behind us order. we left and took our business to another restaurant.“

“I placed order online after a long dayshift at work. The first order didn’t go through and the website crashed and didn’t give me confirmation number or order id, so i place a new order with confirmation at the end! It says my order is ready for pick up at 8:57pm. Drove to the store and the cashier said i can pullover to the pick up area, waited another 30mins nobody came out to give me update. I knocked on the window to find out they haven’t even started my order.Cashier said there’s 3 orders in front of me.I worked 13 hrs and don’t got time to wait all night to get my orders done.Cashier said she cant cancel my order and have to do it online, to find out i got charges 2x even i didnt get my food.

Update: I called customer service and they processed my refund for the orders I didn’t get. I want to acknowledged the manager of this store “alicia” for reaching out to me the next day, apologized and making it right. They offer me a free food to compensate for the inconvenience and handle the situation with professionalism! Thank you.“

“We live in WNC, and we came here a month ago. Everything we tried was so good and there was so much more to try that we came back tonight. Everything on the menu is a 10/10. So much variety, amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff. Such a hidden gem! The pickled okra is one of the best and most creative appetizers I have had in a long time. It's a great place to bring kids too!“

I’ve had so many complications through DoorDash and I have never experienced great experience as I have done today. “Sometimes you have to wait a bit on your order but after what we have all been through the past 2 years it is just a matter of connivence! Everyone one wants it Now and are not willing to wait. If you didn’t like Chick-fil-A there are plenty of other places you can go. With that being said I will remain a loyal customer and just prepare for a wait and not complain about it.“
