Sometimes you have to wait a bit on your order but after what we have all been through the past 2 years it is just a matter of connivence!
Everyone one wants it Now and are not willing to wait.
If you didn’t like Chick-fil-A there are plenty of other places you can go.
With that being said I will remain a loyal customer and just prepare for a wait and not complain about it.

It's rare here but I waited way too long. Many people behind us got their order first.
It is consistently okay.

Chick-fil-A offers exceptional service, with friendly staff and a convenient mobile order drive-thru. Customers appreciate the polite team, though some caution is advised to double-check orders. Despite occasional missing items, the staff works hard and remains courteous. The location is busy, which can make access a bit difficult, especially during rush hour when waiting on the main road is common. The restaurant is designed primarily for drive-thru, but there is also a walk-up window and a patio where customers can eat. Restrooms are available nearby with parking spots close to the patio. Some reviews mention that the outdoor seating area may seem a bit unsafe due to the lack of gates, and there is no indoor seating option. Overall, Chick-fil-A is praised for its quick, accurate, and hot food, with staff always ready to assist and make the experience smooth.
