“We haven’t been out on a date in quite a while as dining out has become more of a nuisance than an enjoyed adventure. However, Sophia’s brought us back to life and gave us a new date night spot! From the greeting at the door to the authentic bread and dipping oil starting our journey off to a pleasant beginning. We ordered the meatballs and garlic bread with cheese and we should have just stopped there, but we had to keep going. We shared a Parmesan Chicken over Fettucini and I and taking a large part of my half home with me. And of course we had to bring home some dessert. We had seen the Bananas Foster Cake online but unfortunately it was not available so we have some Tiramisu to try when we get home! Thanks for an amazing night out! Can’t wait to come back! And pace ourselves a little more! So delightful!!!”

“I fully believe this to be the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The staff were very welcoming and continued to clean as they went. The staff didn’t leave each server to their own table but instead helped each other and checked in with other tables if they thought they may need something. However, what I enjoyed the most was the atmosphere. Regulars that have been coming here for 10 years were joking with staff and vice versa. It felt welcoming and at home. If I lived closer, this would be a regular weekend treat.”

“With the concern for seed oils on the rise, our modern-day version of the margarine lie, many are concerned about the quality and healthiness of the food we are being served at restaurants. While at many restaurants, you can not avoid seed oils and get a decent meal, I am very pleased to say that Outback isn't one of them. Not only do they cook their french fries in tallow, not a seed oil, which is rare, they have a list you can request that lists the top allergens and what dishes have what ingredient. Very very impressive for a chain restaurant. In addition, the staff was gracious and engaging in answering my unusual questions. Overall all, I'm very pleased and impressed with Outback Steak House. The only recommendation I would suggest is to add a seed oil category to your list. Right now, you only list 2 seed oils, and there are more that are very common and bad for our health.
But over all 5+++ stars and a AAA rating to you!!”

“Went on Labor Day, it wasn’t busy and we were seated, greeted quickly. My wife had the Sliders, beef and they were delicious. Plenty of cheese, grilled onion, and she added bacon, super tasty and large enough portion to split. She also got the baked beans, sweet and yummy, also had grill onions which I thought odd but it was good. I had 10 wings, half Thai Sweet Chili sauced and half Cheerywine BBQ sauce. The Cheerywine sauce I’d never had before and it was the better of the two. I don’t normally order wings, so certainly no expert, but for me, they were overly fried, so crispy that some of the skin was hard as bone. I didn’t complain, and ate them anyway as I know many folks like their wings crispy. Ten wings for $16, served with two tiny slivers of celery and ranch dip that was way too watery is not something I’d order again. But I definitely can recommend the Sliders and we’ll return for those, maybe try some boneless wings next time. Plenty of tv screens around the room, would be a great place to hit on game day.”

“The best steak tacos and cheese quesadillas I've ever put in my mouth! The pic doesn't do it justice, trust me. The steak was finely shredded and seasoned perfectly. The cheese quesadilla was loaded with creamy cheese and the tortilla was cooked perfectly, it was buttery and just the right amount of crispy. I do wish it was closer to home, but it is well worth the drive! Very friendly staff too! We will be back soon!”

“My sister and I have been wanting to try this since my niece mentioned it. The setting is off the main road in a wooded area which makes for a very nice and tranquil environment. My burger was outstanding as was my sister’s Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Your order and pay for food and then can sit inside or outside, whatever is your preference. The Hidden Bean coffee shop that’s across the patio and down the stairs around the back of the building is also very nice. Will definitely be back, expecting it to be multiple times.”

From our first visit a few months ago and every visit since, everyone there, especially Bobby and John, make you feel like family. Mike has cancer so it's a good feeling to see him eat so well and enjoy himself so much. And don't forget the banana pudding...delicious!!”

“I was so excited to try a SmallCake! I was visiting family in Spartanburg and heard how great they were. I called two separate times to find out the available flavors and the young lady that answered the phone was so informative and friendly. When we arrived the next morning, we felt like we were intruding on this other staff person's time. We had to call out, hello, to the kitchen for her to come wait on us. When she did come, we greeted her not the other way around. She did not offer any explanations about the flavors as we clumsily figured out what we wanted. When she rang us up, I realized that it would cost the same amount to get a few more cupcakes to make a full dozen. The waiter should have informed us of that. Before I could get my wallet back into my purse after paying, the waitress went back into the kitchen without a word. My husband called out, Thank you, as we left. She responded from the kitchen.
The cupcakes were all delicious! I didn't care for the pink frosting, but that did not put a damper on my pastry experience. The lemon was just subtle enough in the lemon drop; yum! Cookies & cream, peanut butter, wedding cake, coconut, fudge, etc...all were sooo good.”

“I cannot give enough praise for the service we received this evening by our server, Meleny. She is tremendous! I swear she can read minds because we never had to ask for anything, she just knew how to make this the best dinner possible. Fresh rolls, plenty of sauces, never an empty cup, picture perfect plate presentations; you name it! On top of that, her personality is one of a kind. She is so bright and by the end of the meal I felt like we could be best friends. Texas Roadhouse always has excellent food but this was the best experience dining out anywhere because of Meleny's service. We will be making the drive from Simpsonville to Spartanburg far more often now because of her. She handles the service industry so well; always keeping a smile on her face even when the restaurant stays so busy. My husband ordered the filet medallions with green beans and chilli and I ordered the smothered chicken with broccoli and a salad. I highly recommend both dishes.”

“I cannot give enough praise for the service we received this evening by our server, Meleny. She is tremendous! I swear she can read minds because we never had to ask for anything, she just knew how to make this the best dinner possible. Fresh rolls, plenty of sauces, never an empty cup, picture perfect plate presentations; you name it! On top of that, her personality is one of a kind. She is so bright and by the end of the meal I felt like we could be best friends. Texas Roadhouse always has excellent food but this was the best experience dining out anywhere because of Meleny's service. We will be making the drive from Simpsonville to Spartanburg far more often now because of her. She handles the service industry so well; always keeping a smile on her face even when the restaurant stays so busy. My husband ordered the filet medallions with green beans and chilli and I ordered the smothered chicken with broccoli and a salad. I highly recommend both dishes.”

“Got here a few minutes before opening and there was a line. Very cordial and fast moving as they had 2 greeters and registers going. Plenty of parking. Waitress I had was Jennifer…very friendly and always checked in to see if everyone in her section needed anything..don’t have to worry about running out of beverage, as she was on top of it. Food - everything was hot and fresh..which is a very welcoming appeal to buffets, as sometimes when they first open..warmers aren’t always hot. The popcorn shrimp was a little crispier than what I like..but that’s just me and I won’t discredit them for that. Desserts…holy whoa..they “fudge brownie”…heaven on a plate. It’s the standard run of the mill Golden Corral buffet options but something about this one here in Spartanburg seemed different. It’s like they all have a friendly tone to them and it’s just very welcoming overall. I will be back and definitely give this a 5*.”

“Visited this restaurant three nights ago and it was very crowded but we received very good service. The only complaint we four had was with the salad. The lettuce had lots of brown in it and the tomatoes were close to being rotten. We visit an Olive Garden often and never experienced this before and this one time will not run us away.”

“This Chic-Fil-A struggles to serve as many as they have in line. We ordered, received our food and completely ate our food before getting out of the drive thru line. Granted, it was Saturday afternoon and a holiday weekend, but it seemed the location couldn't handle the traffic flow. The food was great and order was correct.”
