10/17/2025 party of 14 2 tables 7 pm reservations arrived promptly at 7 pm.
Table 1 seated, drink,orders taken, food orders taken bread served waitress frequently checks on table. Table 2 no waitress for 15 minutes, no drink orders taken, waited 15 minutes and waitress finally arrived and food orders taken. Had to ask for bread another 15 minutes went by. I went to level 10 yesterday the service was just unacceptable, the bartender took a long time to bring out menus at first, were slow at getting my orders and when bartender says I don’t not know how to make a certain drink that isn’t a complicated or a super complex order, I loose faith in the service and after closing out.
