I was brought here for my birthday dinner today. I had never been here before, so I didn't know what to expect. I have absolutely no complaints. The food was AMAZING! The staff were so sweet and kind. They had signed a birthday card for me and a delicious creme Brule. The drinks were great as well. I cant wait to take my husband for our anniversary.

My husband and stop by after attending an event. We were dressed in formal wear. We sat at the bar for 15 mins before anyone asked if we wanted something to drink. The person name was Alex she was waiting on other customers when I asked are there any tables available outside on the balcony, Alex never came back to follow up and ignored us and did not make eye contact. Alex was very rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Level 10! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and elegance.The ambiance and view was perfect for a romantic evening. The staff was incredibly attentive, catering to our every need without being intrusive.The food was divine, each dish a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The wine selection complemented our meal perfectly.Overall, it was a flawless evening thanks to the impeccable service and exquisite cuisine. We'll definitely be returning for more memorable date nights!

We had dinner last night for my wife's birthday. The food was good as usual. We ordered drinks at first and they were slow in coming. When we ordered our dinner, I ordered a glass of PG to arrive with dinner for my wife. When the food arrived, I reminded our waitress of the wine order. It still did not come. My wife finished her dinner before the waitress came back and checked on us and we asked where the wine was. She immediately went to the bar to get it. Slow bar service has become a hallmark of Level 10. This past episode is the nail in the coffin. We will not be back. The food quality is good but with slow bar service and waitress neglecting us after meal was served makes for an aggravating night that should have been anything but.

The food was overall good, however the grilled salmon was slightly fishy tasting and the crème brûlée was premade and served cold/too firm. I prefer freshly made crème brûlée.

Our food was wonderful and the staff and service was amazing! Savannah who seated us wa very nice and welcoming. And our server Layne was so nice and very attentive throughout our entire evening. Also it was my wife's birthday and they made her feel special so that's always a plus. Thank you both for making this a very enjoyable birthday dinner!
Ive ate at Level 10 many times and always had excellent food. I often recommend it as the best food in Spartanburg.This visit however the food seemed less flavorful. Portions were smaller. My salmon was overcooked.

Level 10 is a beautiful restaurant with fabulous food and great service conveniently located in downtown! The food presentation was elegant, a great wine list and delicious cocktails! It was so good we went back a second night!

The restaurant is a beautiful place. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very fast. Food was excellent. The bread was outstanding. This place had great views and a great bar. Highly recommend.

It was a great place for my wife and I to have a monthly date night. It had the great local photography on the walls throughout the restaurant that had me trying to figure out where the beautiful photos were taken. I appreciated the entrance and the staff that greeted you, they were very friendly. The wait staff offered items from the menu that were their favorites and were helpful and made you feel at ease with the ordering process. I sometimes have no idea what I want to eat or drink, but I know one item, such as steak or salmon. Food was delivered on time and just was I was expecting. The wait staff was very attentive to any request made. I would come back for another meal and bring some friends.
