“Food is great, most servers are friendly and humorous (always get a laugh or smile). Atmosphere lately: It's usually packed with people but now there's a security guard posted up somewhere on the premises. It's usually quiet though but I'm not sure of the need for security. I order and leave in case there is a reason and actual need for security... stress/tension when I'm trying to eat gives me indigestion.
That said: The food is great and so are the people working there.“
“Nara was amazing. The line was super long, she was the only employee making orders at the counter and cashing customers out, she smiled at everyone and was extremely patient. At no point did she seem exasperated or overwhelmed despite clearly needing assistance. The manager was standing right there, scrolling on their phone, and I overheard them say “I don’t care” when Nara asked for some help.“
