If I could rate a zero I would. This chipotle sucks and nobody does anything to fix it. They literally have less than 3 star rating. That should tell you everything. My husband and I placed an order thru the app and said it would be done by 8:40. The order was never confirmed on their end. This place sucks. My wife and I have had multiple instances where the workers are rude and there’s always an issue with our order. Missing items or wrong ingredients in our food. They are always “out of meats or queso” or anything at this point. They have terrible rating for a reason. They should either get a brand new staff or close this place down. Their costumer service as absolute trash. They absolutely suck.

Was excited to try this place since they are building one near us. Ask what was not spicy. The lady told me the chicken .... she was wrong. But then another employee says if you do not like spicy why are you here. Well ok we will not be coming back. My kids liked it but my older son was not thrilled but rude employee.
