Super small portions of chicken compared to other Chipotle locations
Nara was amazing. The line was super long, she was the only employee making orders at the counter and cashing customers out, she smiled at everyone and was extremely patient. At no point did she seem exasperated or overwhelmed despite clearly needing assistance. The manager was standing right there, scrolling on their phone, and I overheard them say “I don’t care” when Nara asked for some help.
Waited for 20 min and still walked out. 11:30 and still nothing was ready. No sense of urgency, nothing. Some Leadership there would do good.
