“Stumbled upon this adorable spot tonight and was delighted to find a wonderful selection of specialty coffees and ice cream flavors. I chose a cold brew shake & it was absolute perfection. The staff was friendly and the space is very clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to make it a more regular stop!”

“My goodness... Carlos the owner "treats" everyone in the room like he has known them for at least 15 years. HE WORKS like a mule. (I never say a dog, they lay around and sleep) :) He works so hard, he amazes me. I think my only criticism would be -- Carlos the owner works to hard and too long.. :) Seriously, i order a "custom dish" just beans, rice, with uncooked bell peppers on top and the wait and cook staff don't even mind my, "crazy order". :) It is always a pleasure to eat there. blessings.”

“I was there the day these accusations were made. The owner’s daughters’ were happy and playing with their dog in the yard. This changed quickly when a woman angrily starts walking toward them in an aggressive manner. She snatched the leash from the kids and started yelling at the kids, “you don’t hit dogs.” These kids are too sweet and kind to hit their dog and I did not witness hitting of any kind. At this point, my concern was that the kids were in danger due to this woman’s aggressive behavior and actions. I went back inside to inform the owner of what I saw happening and she quickly followed me outside. There was a second woman that was with the first, but I mostly saw her in the vehicle. The first woman was aggressive and demanding to the owner and would not listen or have a sensible conversation. The cops were called and they did not see any evidence of abuse either. These accusations of hitting are not true. This family is wonderful and hardworking; and they are a great asset to our community.

“Bought 3 original bags; 2 were double cheeseburgers and the other was a chicken wrap. Burgers nothing like the picture. Really dry, probably because of how thin they were. Tastedok but dry and to top it off, they didn't have any Coke or Dr. Pepper to drink. Price was good. Was expecting 3 separate bags; everything was in one bag.”

“Definitely consider myself a regular here. The food is always fresh and on point. It’s by far the best Thai food you will find in the upstate. I typically get the chicken pho bc it’s my favorite. But sometimes I will get one of the noodle dishes, they’re also really good. The service is always A+ and the atmosphere is chill. The owner always makes time to speak with us, and she’s always friendly. If you haven’t tried this place check it out it will not disappoint.”

“Todd from SBHs was the first person to get back to me after I made several catering inquiries online. He called me, personally, later the same day. He took my request over the phone, encouraged me to use his cell phone for any questions, and sent me an estimate within a couple of hours. When I texted with questions or changes, he got back to me within the hour. It was a small party, less than 50, so we picked up the food ourselves and he provided the chafing dishes and Sternos. Food was ready as promised, and it was delicious!! We ordered the brisket, pulled pork and chicken, Mac and cheese and collards. Our guests were very happy and so were we! Thanks, Todd, for the great experience!”

“My family and I love John’s! His breakfasts are amazing. Of course, my favorite is the huge waffle with bacon. For lunch, I love the cafe combo served with his spicy pimento cheese and chicken salad. In addition to great food, there is a friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to eat.”
