“Look I know I got a coffee problem, well at least a Starbucks problem. This place doesn’t help!!! I go here EVERYDAY to the point that I should work there. The coffee is always on point. The staff is so friendly and excellent. I even stopped to tell the manager the other day about how great they are. All of them are awesome but Skylar is my favorite. They know me by name. They fix my drinks if another location messes them up. I will go out of my way to go to that one if I have to. It’s always so clean! Spartanburg do yourself a favor and drive the few miles out of the way to this one.“

“the waitress Tina needs another job cause being a waitress isn't the job for her she DROPPED 2 boxes on floor behind me she could have sat them down instead she rushed us to order never came back and asked us if we needed coffee had to get up 2 times to get more when she cleared a table of it's dishes she dropped them down on other dishes so that was very loud also she was right at my table and didn't even look my way then when we was waiting to pay in line instead of saying excuse me sir she once again was rude saying "you need to move" so I could complain about the food also but I'll jus complain about "Tina" the waitress. bad service can ruin the whole experience of eating here never going to waste my money or time again the rest of staff was great though..put Tina to doing dishes in the back so others don't have to experience her being disrespectful“

“I dropped into the Blackstock Rd location today in Spartanburg and was high impressed by the team. They acknowledged me immediately and made me feel as if they were happy to help. “My favy Starbucks to go to. Baristas are always so nice, they ask specifically how ya like it or at least don’t mind when I request specific portions. Because let’s be real, cold brew has its own entity in the coffee realm ⚡️I recommend the nitro with a HEAVY splash of oat milk to balance the bold bean bite. The combination of the rich nitro cold brew mixes oh so nicely with the extra creaminess from the oat milk. Pure personal bliss, like a big hug on the inside.“

“Ok so this store is a life saver in my haste I ordered at the wrong establishment via the app realized this last minute called the store where the order was sent told them the situation they told me this gem of a place would honor my order they saved my coffee day was able to get my order filled with them have been her prior love the location friendly staff and great coffee 10/10 again thank yall for saving the day !“

“Used the drive-thru to pickup some donuts for breakfast. Very easy ordering with pictures of all the types of donuts so it's easy to choose (or, actually, hard to choose since they all look so good). Quick service. Lots of drink choices too.“

“I seldom visit mcds. We've been here 6 times. This location has it going on! The food is consistently cooked right, comes out blazing hot, yay! And they have not messed up an order yet. The staff is friendly and fast. Keep it up. We drive 25 minutes for this one, passing atleast 5 others that consistently overcharge and mess it up. Good job!“

“I came here with my friend. This McDonald’s was comfortable and pretty clean, except for the women’s bathroom. The service was nice to us. We ordered lemonade tea, and a cute girl came up to us and said they didn’t have it she apologized. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again.“
