“First time at The Skillet. Walked in because we wanted a diner and the place was full. One table open. This is a great sign and I was very hopeful of a good meal. It was lunch time but opted for breakfast. I had the Mother Clucker, crispy chicken breast on a biscuit covered with 2 eggs and gravy. This and a side of grits. The gravy was good, typical white pepper gravy. No complaints. Scrambled eggs, can't go wrong. They were great, not over cooked. Crispy chicken, yes, crispy and delicious. Good flavor and size. The biscuit was perfect, buttery, flaky and tasty. Wonderfully done. Great job to the cooks. Oh, the side of grits. Some of the best grits I've had in a while. They needed a touch of salt but that was all. Gave them a little extra butter and heaven. My wife had sausage patties, scrambled eggs and pancakes. Her meal looked great too. Tasted the pancakes, flavorful and fluffy. Not a heavy pancake, it was just right. Very good coffee too. I highly recommend The Skillet for breakfast and by the looks of the lunches being served, you won't go wrong there either. The staff were huddling to make sure everyone had what they needed. We'll be back for sure.“

“So this team is special. I hope Starbucks sees this. As a man that has moved to over 9 cities and 4 states I often move and do so alone. The power of a great team is amazing. I made it a routine after work to go to this Starbucks after work each day. Being alone in a new city is always hard. Each time I was greeted with smiles and kindness. What many don’t understand is that sometimes it was the only interaction I would have in a day especially in a new city. To be made to feel special and simply remembered was priceless. “My favy Starbucks to go to. Baristas are always so nice, they ask specifically how ya like it or at least don’t mind when I request specific portions. Because let’s be real, cold brew has its own entity in the coffee realm ⚡️I recommend the nitro with a HEAVY splash of oat milk to balance the bold bean bite. The combination of the rich nitro cold brew mixes oh so nicely with the extra creaminess from the oat milk. Pure personal bliss, like a big hug on the inside.“

“Located in Target.The coffee quality, service and atmosphere all depends on who is working. Sometimes it's nice sometimes it feels as if you are a burden to be ordering coffee.

Kid-friendliness: Once I had a barista fix my toddler a warm apple juice with whip in a tiny cup completely free of charge. Best barista ever!
