“I usually order Zakary’s at least once a week through DoorDash. They have the best coffee and latte’s around. I’m always happy with the quality and taste of my drinks. Today, I tried to order through DoorDash but it wasn’t working due to some of the roads still having snow and ice. I messaged the owner and he delivered my coffee to me plus brought an extra treat. He went out of his way to bring my coffee to me which he didn’t have to do. I’ll forever be a customer. Thank you so much!“

“Super friendly and helpful and caring. As soon as I'm about to leave a storm kicked up out of nowhere, lights kept going out. It was lightning and thundering really bad and they kept saying, be careful, you don't need to go out just yet....The doors almost blew open, it got wild really fast!

“Came in today on thanksgiving. This team was working so hard! They had orders coming from everywhere and a machine went down on top of that and the managers still working and leading the team to deliver starbys drinks as quickly as possible. “Arrived at lunch with the drive up line very long, it gave me enough time to use the app. (Glad I did to save by using rewards)But even when using the app to order while I was waiting in line, it still took 13 minutes to reach the order confirmation menu board. Then another 12 minutes to the pay/receipt window. Afterwards the food was ready without have to join the other 4 cars that were parked.
The staff is always very friendly. Great food selection, I love what they did with the new version of the McRib BBQ sauce, nice and sticky, not messy. 👍“
