“This is one of our favorite Starbucks location! The product and service is always excellent and the baristas are incredibly kind. The individual, I’m pretty sure their name was Thorn, who helped me yesterday evening at the drive thru was exceptionally thoughtful! Don’t hesitate to visit this store.“

“the waitress Tina needs another job cause being a waitress isn't the job for her she DROPPED 2 boxes on floor behind me she could have sat them down instead she rushed us to order never came back and asked us if we needed coffee had to get up 2 times to get more when she cleared a table of it's dishes she dropped them down on other dishes so that was very loud also she was right at my table and didn't even look my way then when we was waiting to pay in line instead of saying excuse me sir she once again was rude saying "you need to move" so I could complain about the food also but I'll jus complain about "Tina" the waitress. bad service can ruin the whole experience of eating here never going to waste my money or time again the rest of staff was great though..put Tina to doing dishes in the back so others don't have to experience her being disrespectful“

“I was actually very surprised to see negative reviews! I go here once every other week or so, and I have never had a bad experience! Their food isn’t my favorite, but that’s purely preference. I mean…it’s a small coffee shop not a restaurant or bakery. You can’t expect top notch food. Their drinks are always good, the employees are always very helpful and friendly, order is always accurate, and I usually always get in and out of the drive thru quickly! It’s a little pricy sure, but so is basically every other coffee shop. The blenders are so good, the new lemonades are the bomb especially the lavender haze, and my boys always love the kids menu. I hate other have had bad experiences, but me personally I go multiple times a month and haven’t had a single issue.“

“Look I know I got a coffee problem, well at least a Starbucks problem. This place doesn’t help!!! I go here EVERYDAY to the point that I should work there. The coffee is always on point. The staff is so friendly and excellent. I even stopped to tell the manager the other day about how great they are. All of them are awesome but Skylar is my favorite. They know me by name. They fix my drinks if another location messes them up. I will go out of my way to go to that one if I have to. It’s always so clean! Spartanburg do yourself a favor and drive the few miles out of the way to this one.“

“I ditched Starbucks and made 7brew my all time favorite place to get coffee! You don’t have to wait in ridiculous long times to get your coffee. Everyone is so nice and they have your order right when you get there. They are way cheaper than Starbucks and way faster. I would absolutely recommend 7brew over Starbucks any day.i don’t even have to think twice!“

I frequent Starbucks often in my hometown, but it's an entirely different vibe. Well done management and team at the Blackstock Rd location!“
