The coffee is always delicious, the bagels are fresh and flavorful, and the service is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to start the day. “We had planned a brainstorming session with my friends before the holiday and chose Starbucks so we could work in a nice atmosphere over a good cup of coffee. However, it was unpleasant that, while we were there, cleaning started—mopping the floors and spraying chemicals under the sink. The smell caused nausea and irritation in the nose.
This shouldn’t be done while customers are present. First, it disrupts the atmosphere, and secondly, I believe you should take care of your customers and not expose them to unpleasant chemical odors. It might be better to schedule this kind of cleaning after closing hours.“

“Absolutely amazing ladies that work here and Oliver.. lol Manager Jess greets you by name every time she sees you. When you take time to remember someone’s name is very welcoming and speaks volumes. Mrs. Mandy and Daniella are super nice, very courteous they take time converse with you about your day. Best Starbucks I have ever been in. Absolute masterpiece!“

“This is the nicest, cleanest McDonalds we have been to. We travel a lot from western NC to the coast and always stop at McD’s for breakfast. We ordered on the app and got fast, courteous service. The food was very fresh and made well. Keep it up, folks! Because now you are our hometown McDonalds!“

“I found this coffee shop online on Sat, 12/23/23, when I was searching for one nearby since Buck 'N Brew (Landrum, SC) & Tandem Creperie (Travelers Rest) were both closed. I'm so glad I found this shop! Once I heard from Lori (1 of the owners) that their maple latte was made from maple that was driven down from VT (I'm originally from NH), I decided to try it - SOOOO good! Denis (Lori's hubby) told me their milk was from a nearby farm, so I got that in the latte; it was so smooth! I also ordered a trio berry scone that was yummy! So impressed with this place & the friendliness of the owners! I'll def be back to try the Winterberry drink. MERRY CHRISTMAS & TY!“
