“I had ordered a couple platters and a deluxe turkey dinner. I ordered online and prepaid at least a month in advance. When I went to pick up my order today it wasn't even ready and I was told that they didn't have the order form to fill my order I gave them my paperwork and they put my order together at last minute while I waited. They did apologize numerous times and I got my order in a timely manner. I will use them again they have never done me wrong. But next time I will call a day or tw0o ahead of time to confirm my order. I know they are busy especially this time of year.“
“No onions on point but pickle still on and no bacon when bacon 2.00 to add. They not answering the phone and my daughter is highly upset. Why can't McDonald's never get the order right. Normally I check my order b4 I leave to get it right but this time my man picked it up and didn't check the order smh. You all are definitely giving me my funds back if I have to come back up there when I'm off...... update the manager took care of the issue with no problem instead of 1 star I gave 4 the only reason I didn't give 5 is because the fries seem to never be fresh anymore.“

“I regularly visit coffee shops all over Spartanburg, Polk, and Greenville Counties and have seen the full gamut of what they have to offer. One thing I've learned is that family-owned coffee shops too often start out great and then begin suffering in quality or customer service as the months/years go by. Mocha's Mug, I have to say, is one of the rare coffee shops that started out as a great spot...and is now superb. It seems like they're always making tiny improvements to this or that (already good) thing, meaning that the overall appeal of this shop just keeps growing! I personally do not like coffee whatsoever, but I tried the Pumpkin Marshmallow Latte and I swear, this is the only place I’ll ever think to drink anything remotely related to espresso in it. The cashiers are also friendly and one of them even completed the Munchlax I have on my keys :) Will absolutely come back.“

“My work ordered a fairly large order this morning (around $90 of drinks and food) and not only was everything correct but it didn't take long for them to get them done!!! It was all properly bagged up and in drink holders when we arrived. We will definitely be doing this again!“
“Skillet is great. Insider tip get there early. This place still has that down home southern feel. The food is good, prices are good. Only down side is the place can get really busy with a small space to wait for a table to open up. (Standing room only) other then that one of the few good breakfast places left in Spartanburg.“

“Awesome place the food is amazing and the drinks are too! My only complaint is their menu. Unlike other places their menu for drinks has only the basics so if you want something not basic you have to know exactly how to order it , which I don’t. I just wish they had more options laid out for you to choose from.“

Yesterday and today thier machine was down but that didnt stop them i usually order a mocha but they made a solution for me! Excellent costumer service!“

“This sounds super cliche but I was not having a good day so I stopped through Starbucks to get me a cake pop and pink drink to cure my pregnant girl emotions, I got exceptional customer service by the girl at the window. Her name was Liv. She was sooo sweet and honestly she made my whole day so much better being so sweet. Y’all did good hiring that girl cause she is definitely so so sweet! “The location is big for a coffee house but it was nice to have room and it was still busy. The barista made a great recommendation to keep me close to a SBucks white chocolate mocha and he even convinced me to get it iced, which I loved. Now the taller seats are not super comfortable in my opinion and especially not if you have a little extra back there - which I do. But there are other seating options too. It's downtown, which is walkable for a lot 9-5ers. They have baked goods, ice cream and shakes, not just coffee, so there is something for everyone.“
“The pho was delicious. The atmosphere felt dirty and the sauces on the tables where filthy. For the price of a meal, I do feel like cleanliness should be a priority. Also, they have outdated menus at the door so I was surprised when my total was more but the owner didn't care to remove outdated information.“
