Arby's in Spartanburg

“I ordered online and didn't have to interact with anyone. The drive thru line was long and moving slow, so I decided to go inside. Sure enough, my food was ready and sitting in their rack for online orders. I grabbed it and left. Unfortunately, I thought the food was not hot enough; the fries were already cool.“

“This is the only fast food restaurant I've been to with carpet in the dining area. Probably the nicest fast food dining area I've been in. I went for the Arby Qs. They were delicious. I wish they were bigger. My wife had the burger which was also good. I rarely go to Arby's and I'm never disappointed when I do go. Food always fresh and delicious. This Arby's was very clean. We were the only one in the dining area. And of course, the fries were excellent. Thanks.“

“Placed online order last night through the app. Went to pick up order last night. Waited on one order of fries (no problem). Home with food and both sandwiches were not good. Bread on one was tough on one and cheese was incorrect on the other (should have only been Swiss).

Contacted the store today and Patricia was amazing. She took very good care of me, explained what happened and how things will be better next time. She also remade the orders and I also submitted a survey to express my gratitude to her and her staff. Thanks again and will be returning soon.“

“So I came in one day and ordered a strawberry lemonade the guy that was taking my order received the lemonade from one of the ladies in the kitchen he was a older guy never got his name, him and I both noticed that the strawberry lemonade was very plain just from looking at it I didn't even have to say anything he took it himself to the kitchen and fixed it for me as soon as he brought it back the drink looked completely different it actually had some color to it and the drink was delicious I really appreciate him for doing that.“
