“I was craving a Ham and Swiss from Arby's so I stop by the one on Cranium Drive. I was the third car in line at the drive-thru (we all pulled in at the sane time). When I got to the speaker, I was asked to hold for a moment. After a few minutes, I got my order in and there was an apology for the wait (it didn't bother me that I had to wait). It seemed they were short handed but I will tell you Dylan's customer service was excellent and the food was great!“

What was particularly surprising was that the establishment was not particularly busy at the time, and it would have likely taken only a few moments to rectify the situation.“
