I had an unusual experience at the local Arbys drive thru. I am disabled and on oxygen so the drive thru is great . Sometimes the person in the window is uncomfortable with my appearance and that makes me uncomfortable. The young man at that drive thru not only greeted me with a warm smile he also asked if I was ok and did I need anything. I was very pleased and wish I had written this that day.
