Well let's see where do I start. We have eaten at this particular Arbys quiet often and up until the past 2 times have we had a bad experience. My husband ate there last Tuesday afternoon and said that the young boy on the register acted like it was a bother to take the order. Then this afternoon we ate there again it was order id : AAXCL44CBS employee was Fredrena S. He was the rudest person i have ever seen. I went to place order which I got the 2 for $6 . I wanted a roast beef and and a crispy fish. But before I could tell him I that ,he insisted I wanted 2 roast beefs. Finally got him to understand what I wanted . I asked for my drink cup and turned and realized that the drink machine was still out of order from last week. And there was no tea out. I then ask for tea and the same guy got the cup filled it to rim with absolutely no ice. The tea was hot. Then when I asked for ice he put alittle in,handed it back to me running over. Well we set down to eat. The roast beef and the fish were cold. I got the crinkled fries and they were hot. I went back to get a refill, there was only one girl behind the counter and she worked the drive thru. She called out the side door to Fred and told him he had customers out front. There was a gentleman that came in. She also said I needed a refill. By this time another employee came in and walked by me. Fredrena took the man's order and stood there waiting, still waiting for him to acknowledge me standing there. I finally asked him if he could get me some more tea while he waited. He gave me this exasperated look and got it.There is a sign hanging in view of the customers that said greet,repeat and kindness goes a long way.I think every employee there needs to be retrained in customer service.I am not sure I will ever go back to this Arby's. There are to many others to visit and spend money with..

Arbys had 2 sandwichs for $6 special special so I got 2 fish sandwichs. They were good. I was the only customer, empty place, no atmosphere. Service good.

I was greeted by a friendly and happy staff. The food was great and I was back on the road fast.
Sign by the road says dining room.is open till 10. We arrived at 9 and they were mopping inside and a guy came out and told us they were closed. If you are going to close whenever you feel like it, take down this sign.
As I drove up to the window I was asked by the cook if I would give him a discount from the company I worked for. He saw my company's name on the side of my car. When I said I can't do that he walked off mad to go fix my food. Which raised suspicion. Then another guy came to the window totake my card he asked if I wanted to leave him a tip. I said for what. He said for me. Needless to say I took my card and left without buying anything. I don't need beggars and unprofessional behavior when trying to order and pay for something. Arby's was my favorite but I will not go back to this one!

Arby's should be very Ashamed! Never ate at this location & never will again.I ordered the chicken club wrap and the chicken inside had to be a couple of days old or from earlier that day,it was so Cold and extremely hard,I thought it had chipped my tooth. Couldn't eat it ,paid $12 and some odd cents for fries & jomoka shake,the wrap was total trash!

I came inside earlier around 5pm today on Tuesday, and a African American male wearing glasses was taking my order he abruptly stopped taking my order to talk to the girl who was sweeping who was also wearing glasses. He ignored me for around 30 seconds to go talk to this girl, he wore his pants down to his butt and was blasting music through his phone and started dancing to the music after he took my order. Also My wife came in last week on Saturday to order food and the man that was at the window asked her for number and called her "fine" then later on she was waiting for her food the man that asked for her number and another guy who she assumed to be the cook because he came out from the back, the cook was a big tall African American male, about 260 pounds and maybe 6'3-6'5 as my wife described. him and the cook started speaking profanity to each other and cursing while my wife was in the drive thru. The food on both occasions were fine and we had/have no complaints about the food, however some of the staff that I have mention here were rude, not taking my order, hitting on my wife, and wait time on Saturday for my wife was about 7 minutes she said. I do not recommend coming here because of the staff I have mentioned in this review. Every other time we have come to Arby's when these people were not working here the staff was nice and respectful.
