“I am in the service industry and I took my kids to McDonald's where they had 6 people working and were not busy and I was served cold food twice and I got my money back and decided to go yo Arbys since I was still hungry and had already been waiting 20 min! I went through the drive-thru and ordered my food and I could tell that the lady was cooking my food and taking my order at the same time! She was super nice! When I got to the window I said ma'am you're by yourself aren't you? She said yes and proceeded to take my money and get me my food! Now I wasn't there even 5 minutes, my food was perfectly correct and hot and fresh! I said ma'am can I have your name? You have been amazing! 6 people couldn't give me the amazing service you gave me and in record time! This lady's name was Pat!! Please give this woman a raise! She was absolutely amazing and I will continue to go to Arbys instead of McDonald's!!! So go get some good hot food and great service from Miss Pat!! Tell her how great she is!!“

“At this particular Arby's it sucked big time. Sadist, miserable looking faces I ever seen in my life. Food was not prepared right at all. It was absolutely horrible. Definitely not ever going back to that one. Not going back to that town again not unless I driving threw.“
“We arrived 10 minutes before closing because we were traveling and were stuck in traffic. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the dining room was already closed, so we didn't get to use the bathroom or wash our hands before eating.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian sides but not many vegetarian entrees.“
