Yo for real they doing everything else but making the food like it started raining and the act like they never seen rain out the door while they got custom waiting smh horrible
I hate to leave a bad review, but had a pretty rough experience at this location (my local McDonald’s). Me and my wife stopped in for a dinner around 7:00pm. The establishment mind you was not busy, maybe 4 families in the dining area and a car here and there in the drive through. As I walked in I was not greeted, nor did I even see an employee out front. Stopped in on July 3 and didn’t want to use the kiosk so went to the counter and a lady, Courtney came up to take the order which was customized. Filled our drink and sat down. A few minutes later they called our number and grabbed our food and ate. The order was correct, lite sauce, warm and good.
I know McDonalds is pushing the kiosks, which we use often, but it was nice service for Courtney to come up and not ignore someone standing at the counter.

The restaurant has experienced some issues, such as long wait times, staff walking away without taking orders, and inconsistent service. Despite these problems, the location is convenient, and the food remains typical of a McDonald's. However, the atmosphere can be greasy, and there have been instances of police activity on site, which may affect the overall experience.
