Phenomenal cook and service
I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but this location in Boiling Springs is well deserving of 5 stars. Moreso than any other waffle house I have been to. Food was great, service was top tier. Staff seems to have great communication with each other and customers. Sam especially was wonderful. They all seemed to know the ‘regulars’ and have great conversations while also making anybody who walks through the door feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Waffle House offers excellent food, with dishes like the Texas bacon patty melt receiving praise. The Boiling Springs location is highly recommended for its friendly service and delicious food. On some days, the staff may seem uninterested, but on others, they shine in ultimate teamwork. Recently, customers have noted that the night staff was very nice and friendly, even accommodating specific requests about how their eggs were cooked. The breakfast experience can be packed with amazing staff who provide hot, delicious meals with great customer service. This location has some of the nicest people working there. One cook, Shell, is noted for making hash browns perfect and crispy. The food comes out nice and hot, and customers have described their perfectly scrambled cheese eggs as tasting like heaven. One cook was called a rockstar for serving one of the best Waffle House meals in a while. They also have a kid menu with milk options. Overall, this Waffle House offers great service, and customers have expressed excitement about returning in the future.
