“On Sunday, May 3rd 2026, I placed an online order early in the morning to be picked up at 11:30 AM. When I arrived at 11:25, the order was not yet ready, which I expected. The manager was apologetic though, because they didn't even have the order in their work queue at the time. Apparently, it had failed to print out the ticket. I told her I would be back shortly to get my sandwich. I walked next door and returned about 10 minutes later. They STILL had not started on my order. While I waited, I watched them make the sandwich, then realize they hadn't made it per instructions, and fix the issue. About 5 minutes later, the manager brought the order to the table, along with a coupon for a free sandwich. and THAT is how you keep customers. She understood that they had made a mistake and was proactive in keeping a customer happy. Obviously one of the best Jersey Mikes Managers out there.“
