Ribfest in Huntington, WV this evening. I don't usually like ribs but THESE ribs? YES PLEASE. We got the Royal Flush meal to try everything, it was absolutely delicious!

First day at the Huntington, WV Ribfest and tried all of the vendors. I'm going to be very critical with this, fair warning. The ribs could have been more tender in my opinion, but the barbeque sauce made up for it. The best original barbeque sauce and signature Caroline barbeque I have ever tasted! Not to mention the fact that the staff were so incredibly friendly and fun, and the prices were very reasonable for what you get!

I went to the Detroit rib fest this weekend a lot of food choices as I walked around deciding what I wanted after watching Carolina ribs stand serve long lines of people I decided to try but long lines don’t equate in to good food always but wowww these ribs didn’t disappoint excellent tender great sauce and good sides I don’t understand the low reviews they must not know good ribs and the lady that served me was so patient and kind I will continue to follow...read full review
