“I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal with slaw and sweet tea. I just want to say that everything was delicious. The biscuit was so fluffy and buttery and fresh. The nuggets were perfectly done. The slaw was juicy, not dry, and delicious. Most of all the tea was exactly the right sweet. Definitely 10 out of 10! Thanks to the wonderful staff!“
“I have to admit, I was a bit surprised how good the food actually was from this location. At this point, I've given up on getting food from KFC, but T-Mobile sent out a $3 3 piece tender meal coupon and I stopped by this location to use it. I expected barely passable food if anything but was pleasantly surprised. The chicken tenders were a decent size and nice and warm. The fries were also decently flavored and crisp. And the biscuit wasn't dried out and stale for once. Staff were quite friendly and quick. All in all, not a bad stop. Still probably won't be going to KFC much, but if I do, I'll be sure to stop by this location again over the others to see if they can keep the quality up.“
“The young lady whose name is Kip came over the speaker at the drive through and she the most polite, patient and cordial employee at any restaurant I have been to in many years. I came home and told my brother about her and he said she's probably new and will be burned out soon. I just saw someone else mention her in the reviews from 7 months so that is not the case. She has been working there for some time and KFC Cedar Springs should do what they can to retain her. Keep spreading your sunshine Kip!!!“
