“Second time I have stopped and been told 20 minute wait to get chicken. Reporting to corporate as no point in existing if you can’t order chicken.
Edit - improved last couple times. Have had 2 orders though where they substituted other variety than ordered.“
“The cashier taking the order was great, very attentative to me and other customers. The manager lacked managerial skills, was yelling out about needing Cole slaw made, saying someone should go make some or they'd be out.....never did she identify who to go make the slaw....just kept yelling. Then voiced out about making nuggets for a phone order. She needed training on how to get items done without yelling so that the customers in the store knew the situation in the kitchen. Maybe she had a bad day, but don't throw it on everyone. Food was good.“
