Employees were arguing inside of the store. Shouting very loud with very vulgar language (there were multiple people in line; including a little girl) and arguing with each other. I stood in the store and watched multiple people come in, order, and receive their food before I received my order. Placed my order at 7:21pm and finally received my food about 10 mins til 8. Definitely not kid-friendly environment.
They were 3 people short and packed, but the manager still did an awesome job at keeping it all together. Also, she had another gal there, which I would have asked her name. Awesome customer service, under stressful situation. If I owned a restaurant, I would have hired her at 3 times her salary on the spot.
