Don't ever order online, it's way more trouble than it's worth. I placed a mobile order for 2 meals and drinks. It said it would be ready in about 30 minutes, and around that time, I got both an email and text saying my order was ready for pickup. I came by the drive thru line. The lady at the window said they never received an online order.
