Staff is friendly and polite. However, I’ve left the drive through with a missing food item again at this location. It may hold up the line but I recommend customers take the time to double check your bag(s) every time to ensure your order is fulfilled. I usually don’t post reviews but it wasn’t that busy when I was there today and the order was quite simple. Yet, I was missing an entree and this being not the only incident. I do have to praise the staff for working hard as it can get pretty hectic often here. Please be more cautious and reliable in completing customer orders. Thank you.

I used to work at a local manufacturing plant, when we needed Chic-fil-a catering we ordered from a different store further away. Occasionally hit the drive thru here for convenience, but today I found out that the third lane they added a couple years ago is now for mobile orders only. Despite the lady at the windows telling me there was all kinds of signage, none of it was located at the drive thru line before I was already in that lane. Went elsewhere.

This is the first Chick-fil-A I've ever saw that only had outdoor seating. After trying to get a table at several other restaurants before a concert we were running out of time and had to eat here.
Always great food, always great service. Every other food business should take notes and step their game up.
