“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A today. While eating my salad, I found what appears to be a dead bug mixed in with the vegetables. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I understand mistakes can happen, but something like this should never make it onto a customer’s plate. I had to throw my entire meal away and completely lost my appetite. I hope management takes this seriously, investigates how this happened, and improves their food inspection process so no one else has this experience.“

“There were only 3 employees working and they were busy with online orders, drive through orders and inside orders and they handled them all like champs! I placed a large order on the inside and my wait time was minimal and it was service with a smile all the way around!“

“Shemika and the rest of the morning crew were on their game. We got fast, friendly service. The store was clean and smelled good. Drink station was well stocked and clean. Counters were clean and uncluttered. Ernest was awesome. Milton killed it on the grill. Best KFC in range.“
