Tori was absolutely amazing and so kind when I came to pick up my order. I had forgotten to add something to it and she was able to help me out and just made the overall takeout experience amazing.

I live in Columbia but if I’m ever in Lexington and craving Chick Fil A I will definitely be back.“

“While the food and play place were delicious and clean respectively, my son managed to escape from the play place and attempted to saddle up at a table with a chic fil a employee.

This didn't detract from the quality of the food or the service.

“Stopped for McDonald’s but walked through Chester’s to use the restroom. Antoine and the staff were very friendly and inviting so I stopped to get a few things. I hardly get chicken from gas stations because it’s hardly fresh, BUT this was the Lord’s tenders!! They were crispy and juicy! Even the wedges were cooked to perfection! I may have to stop there every time I’m in the area!“

“I get Kfc a lot and I just recently moved back to Lexington, this was one of my favorite Kfc’s growing up and so it was really nice to head back here for the first time in almost 10 years. Anytime I go back to a place that I loved after so long I always worry that it won’t be as good as I remember. When I pulled up to the store, there were a couple cars in line, but they moved very quickly, the woman on the register, Window and speaking over the Order speaker Was Shawna. She was so kind and so patient, She even felt free to be funny and play around with customers in a very professional way. The food was also hot and fresh and delicious and so I needed to leave a good review for this amazing staff and location.“

“Today while traveling home from vacation we stopped in for a quick lunch. Service and food were great as always! However, when we went to leave our car wouldn’t start. The owner, Mr. Arnold, was great, he jumped right in grabbing a team member to help get us jumped off. Unfortunately, he couldn’t get close enough to us. The team member drove my dad to O’Reily, which was about 3 miles away to get a jump box. I was able to take my 3 kids back inside a cool restaurant that had Wi-fi, coloring pages, books and games while we waited! The amount of team members who checked on us and interacted with the kids was amazing! They offered water; nuggets and even ice cream! 10/10 recommend if you are passing through this area!“

“Stopped off here after shopping at Marshall's. Gentlemen (40s maybe 50) with Beard and Older lady were working the Drive thru. Gentlemen was complimentary on my Teal Jeep Wrangler and Matching Tire Cover. He was very pleasant during my money transaction. Love great customer service. Go Harbison!“

“This is a true community. Never any issues with staff or food. During a hurricane one year all restaurants were closed with no power, I believe, but they served every customer which was a lot we all needed food since our fridge stuff ruined. The manager was running back and forth encouraging the workers as they helped out. They were a blessing and beyond that day and their team seemed very strong during that time.“

“I had a great experience today at Chick-fil-A thanks to Kalei, who was in training. Even while learning, Kalei was friendly, professional, patient, and had such a positive attitude. You could tell they genuinely cared about giving great customer service and making sure everything was right. It’s always nice to see someone working hard and staying kind under pressure.
