“Had a great time. We went with a work group from Water Systems and it was a blast. Everyone participated in the axe throwing. Good selection of drinks at the bar, informative introduction and guidance through the process. I even lost an earring that was a gift from my goddaughter and they were amazing about Communication while they looked until they found it and returned it to me. Gabe was our guide and my contact for finding my earring and I can’t say enough nice things about him.”

“I usually have low expectations for restaurants lately but Travinia Italian Kitchen exceeded them in every way. It was the first visit for my wife and I. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist who seated us upon arrival. The atmosphere was very pleasant with soft lighting and Sinatra style music at just the right volume.
Our waitress Tatum was professional, friendly and courteous. She did a great job making us feel welcome and was very helpful in selecting our meals. My wife had the chicken piccata and I had the short rib rigatoni. Both were excellent and came out quickly. We also had the tiramisu which may be the best I’ve ever had. Portion size for the meals and dessert were great.
The prices were also very reasonable for such a nice dining experience.
The live musician was setting up as we were leaving but as I mentioned, the music fit the mood perfectly.”

“Let's start with the prices... everything is extremely well-priced for the portions you receive. We had the vegetable noodle, eel roll, and tuna roll. At first, we were mistakenly given what looked like a California roll, and my husband is allergic to the crabstick used. I went back in and spoke to them, apologizing because they were busy. They had absolutely no problem fixing it, I only had to wait maybe five minutes.

The food is really tasty! It was so much better than we expected (we eat at a lot of places) considering our past experiences with Tokyo Grill. The workers are efficient and nice, helpful whenever you need it.

Service was perfect even though they were busy. They didn't skip a beat, and when we had an issue with the sushi, they didn't mind and corrected it. I can't thank them enough for that, we felt so bad!

The place is no real frills, it isn't fine dining atmosphere, but it is comfortable. It could get crowded if lots of people choose to eat in.

Overall, this has become our favorite place with one visit. The people, the value, the food, it's all great!

“We had El Jimador cater for a military promotion. The service, food, and preparation were great! They went above and beyond to set it up. We had a taco bar set up with all the toppings, rice, beans, chips, and salsa. It was a major hit with our guests! Most even took seconds. We highly recommend them for events!”

“From a customer perspective as well as a DoorDash driver perspective, Tokyo Grill is hands-down one of the best places to order from. The staff is incredibly friendly, I’m always greeted with a smile and their customer service is top-notch. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The food is consistently amazing and ready exactly when it’s supposed to be. They never miss the small but important things, like including napkins, cutlery, straws etc so I never have to worry about a customer lacking anything in their order. I’ve never had an order that needed to be updated or changed because of an issue, which speaks volumes about their consistency, professionalism and how reliable and organized they are. This Tokyo Grill location truly sets a high standard. I can’t speak for the other locations, but this one should definitely be used as an example for them all and for restaurants in general.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have kid-friendly options on the menu, and they’re attentive to details like providing extra napkins or straws without needing to ask.”

She drove her personal vehicle and used her gas to deliver an Uber eats order that I had issues receiving. I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at such a superior level. I told her that I didn’t need her to do it, and she insisted because she didn’t want our experience ruined. How extraordinary is that?! She inconvenienced HERSELF to own a problem that wasn’t even her’s! We were so grateful of her actions and I wanted to make sure I took time out of my day to express my gratitude to her.”

I thought the place was way to expensive for me as a single mother and commented on a post saying their tacos were too expensive for the average single mom like me. Lord knows I was wrong and would never want to turn business away from anyone. The owner Rich reached out to me and invited me and my son to have dinner on him. That was one of the sweetest gestures and I was enamored. If you know anything about feeding teenage boys who play football, then you know it's not cheap. So tonight I redeem myself and apologize for anything I may have said. This place is amazing and way more affordable than I thought. I mean I don't think you can even get a taco at taco bell for $2.95. That's right. 2.95 yall!! Not to mention, they were overfilled tacos at that. My son loved them. I had a rice bowl and it was nothing but delicious. Now aside from the food, the hospitality was unmatchable. The server that waited on us, I believe her name was Cassy and there was another young gentleman that also helped out. The owners are so lucky to have the both of them on their team. All the burgers were full of flavor and super juicy. My little guy had the cheese burger kids meal. He devoured it. The kids meal is well worth the price, very comparable to fast food kid meal prices but wayyy better quality. My middle child ordered the cheese steak and was very happy with it. We shared cheese curds and let’s just say you can tell they are made fresh. So good! My husband particularly loved the spicy cheese curds! We ordered the full size chili cheese fries and it was huge! It was very tasty. Beware if you have picky eaters like me, there are tiny onions and peppers in there. Lastly the shakes. Man, they are amazing! We tried three different flavors and each one of us were impressed. No artificial flavor. Overall, this place was amazing. The staff was super friendly and hard at work. I didn’t have to wait long once i arrived for my order. The restaurant was well kept and very clean inside. Plenty of seating available and I’m pretty sure I saw high chairs. The quality of the ingredients, how fresh everything was and the fact it held up fine on my 20 minute drive home made this a 5 star experience. I’m so glad we found this hidden gem! No pictures because we were all starving. ?”

En este review dejamos una recopilación de nuestra experiencia desde 2022 a Mayo 2024 - visita a los local ubicados en las ciudades de Greenville y Lexington SC. ..encontrar "TROPICAL GRILL" en nuestra ruta vacacional desde 2022 ha sido de gran bendición. Partiendo desde su edificante ambientación musical e impecable local, excelente atención al cliente y variedad a la carta para adultos y niños. En nuestra última visita hemos degustado sus exquisitas empanadas rellenas de carne, es una excelente propuesta muy bien elaboradas e irresistibles al paladar.. acompañarlas con un café hizo nuestro dia al llegar a nuestro destino final. Sugiero ofrecerlas con relleno de pollo para comprar ambas opciones. son deliciosas, Gracias a su personal por el servicio recibido. Deseamos que su expansión y crecimiento no afecte la calidad en sus productos como es usual en estos tiempos. Esperamos escuchar de Uds en el area de Illinois .. “Not only is this a great go to place for comfort food, but the greeting is outstanding. The warm welcome was on point, nice and in sync so much that it felt like the entire restaurant was greeting us. Lol. You definitely can’t help but smile. The food was good and, if I remember correctly, Margaret was our server. She was amazing and very attentive. Well done, everyone!”

“Recently locked my keys in trunk w/my Target groceries. Have health cond.so they allowed me to sit in Starbucks to wait till help arrived. I have never been treated so wonderful by a small group of employees in my life! They were so friendly, professional, & catered to my needs. A HUGE thank you all that were there!”

I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..”

“Despite the negative reviews, I tried this place when I moved into the area three years ago and I've been getting food here as my go-to takeaway ever since. Maybe I'm just lucky or they like me, but my food has been phenomenal every single time. My only complaint is that I wish they would remodel and open their dining room up so I could eat in with my family sometimes; not worth docking a star for that, though. I highly recommend giving this place a chance if you haven't.”

“Hamburgers were really good and made to order. The homemade fries or excellent. However the prices have definitely gone up. We payed over $50 for a family of three, without anything sweet.”

“Very busy restaurant with staff that worked hard to keep it clean and efficient. My only complaint was that I ordered a large fry with “allergy alert” (separate bag, change of gloves) for a child in our party with numerous food allergies. The waffle fries are the only “safe” food for her at CFA. The alert was ignored by whoever bagged our food. The fries came in the same bag as the sandwich, with ketchup packets laying on top of them. For an allergy alert situation, this is unacceptable. Please don’t offer this service if the staff is going to ignore it.”

I’ve been to the irmo location since it’s down the street from where I live and have had issues with food quality, service. I’ll gladly drive 20 mins out of the way for better food without an attitude.”

“We have been regularly coming here for years, always consistently good food. Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!”

“Ok this is updated review . Plus different location. I decided to try here again after totally being disappointed the first time. The fries were hot and the burger was great. The sauce they offer were definately worth trying. The hotdogs are phenominal they toast the bread and they are not burnt which is good if your kids are picky about it. Lol good place and there icecream was good too. Im glad I gave them a.second chance.”

“Decent atmosphere but great food. Better than average value considering how expensive everything has gotten. $70 fed ten adults with thoughtful ordering. Very helpful over the phone. Very quick turnaround. Super nice in person. I would definitely recommend the China House based on this experience. Also try the beef on a stick... Awesome!”

“We were regular San Jose customers, and while they are good, they were closed. We decided to try Chapala's again. A couple years back, we had gone and weren't too pleased. We were very glad we gave them another chance. Not sure what has changed, but the food was outstanding! The most tender chicken in the entrees and the guac was extra good! We are now regular customers. So, if you haven't been in a while, do yourself a favor and revisit!!”

“I’ve been here twice now and they have the friendliest staff! Portions are decent and the ice cream is delicious! So far I’ve tried the raspberry, oatmeal cookie, and graham cracker flavors. All were amazing! Only another 1000 to try, lol. Will definitely be back!”

“I order from this location pretty frequently since it's a very short drive from my house. Whether you go inside or through the drive-through, the staff are always very polite and try to take your order and have you served within a timely manner. I've never sat (or stood) more than 5 minutes waiting on my food. The food is always fresh and tasty. All in all, I have no complaints and only good things to say about this particular location.”

“Took My Family out here to a place I tried, I believe last week with my sister. I figured the rest of the family would enjoy it as well. I was correct! They have amazingly homemade tasting burgers in my personal opinion. The different options are phenomenal even though yes I feel it's a little pricey but the quality is there so for now I can role with the price. Just not at the level it was on tonight because....Oh Goodness Benjamin, Jackson & Hamilton I spent up in there was well worth the TREAT! Tomorrow Nights the TRICKS are coming out!
