The inside was more upscale than I thought it would be. The servers are wearing ties. We went for lunch and everything was priced right. It was a pleasant surprise to see a good choice of wines by the glass. The hot tea comes out in a nice pot. We traveled an hour to go there and it was well worth the trek. “Food was exceptionally good. My husband and I enjoyed our wine and the meal. Our server was very gracious and attentive. Our problem came when the bill arrived and a 18% gratuity was automatically charged. We pay tips in cash to our servers so they get them right away instead of being held for a week or two as so many places do. I requested to speak with MOD but she never came. We waited 15 minutes and upon leaving saw her out back smoking. Customers always came first for every restaurant, bar or business I worked for and with the quality of service the owner set up, that was what I expected. Very disappointing experience. BTW we tip 25-30% normally not 18, so don't put it on a check for 2 people. We had hoped to get the message to the owner for his consideration in this matter. Hopefully he reads reviews and this changes or my husband won't return.”

“We have been regularly coming here for years, always consistently good food. Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!”

“Excellent service and the food was very good. Seeing that it was our first time they gave us free beignets(sooo goood)! My wife and I went for brunch and I had Mardi Gras omelette with the city grits. The omelette had crawfish shrimp and andouille sausage in it with a sort of salsa type dressing on it. I’m pretty sure this is my new favorite food! My wife had pancakes with bacon and eggs and she said it was good. The only complaint I have was the coffee. I like my coffee strong and I like it hot this could have been a little stronger definitely could have been hotter. Will I go back, The answer is yes but it will not be a regular, we are on a fixed income and it was a little pricey for breakfast but for special days this is a keeper.”

“My wife, son, and I ate on the (outdoor) enclosed back deck. It was nice and quiet and had overhead heaters. Our server (Jamie Lynn) was polite, informative, and attentive to the table. We started off with pretzels and the beer cheese. Pretzels were very hot as was the cheese. Cheese had a nice taste to it and creamy. For dinner I had the Fish and chips , and the steak fries were done right. Fluffy in the inside and slight crisp on the outside. The beer battered fish was very tasty. You get a good portion for the price. My wife and son both had the Reuben sandwich. They too were very satisfied with the taste and portions. Price was also very reasonable. I’d definitely go back again.”

We got some Fried Green Tomatoes, they were tasty. For lunch we both got a Cobb Salad. It was prepared well with fresh ingredients. I ordered the tomato sauce with extra pepperoni, extra cheese, bell pepper, red onion and Italian sausage. Took about 5 minutes in the oven and I had a blackberry lemonade mixed with sprite. The food was what my belly needed. I will be back.
The service was great and the two ladies at the front need a raise for working by there self. They both was nice and welcome me with a smile.
The price of the food is reasonable. You get what you ask for. The pizza is hot and fresh. Next time you want a nontraditional pizza go to Mod pizza.”

“This review is specifically for the newer Redbank location. We had a late night concert Monday night at the White Knoll High School PAC center and decided afterwards to go to this location. We weren't aware that they closed at 9pm until after we were leaving. Most of our party arrived at 8:15pm but we had some stragglers that arrived at 8:40pm. The entire staff was soooooooo incredible and accommodating, everyone helping each other get drinks, refills, bread and food out soooooooo quickly. Not one time did we ever feel "rushed" or "hovered" over to "hurry up." Instead they just let us enjoy our dining experience! The food was fantastic, even at the end of the shift, it was still all so fresh and delicious! I think we wrapped up our bills at 9:30pm. We all thanked the servers and all the management staff for allowing us to stay and enjoy our meal and we humbly apologized to them honestly not knowing the time they closed. The manager reassured us it was no problem at all and asked us if we enjoyed everything, food, service and all. We enthusiastically replied YES! I just wanted to specifically shout out to the store and staff how wonderful our dining experience was. I'm sorry for posting a few days afterwards, but please know your team was phenomenal and it didn't go unnoticed. Ty so very much again!”

“Let's start with the prices... everything is extremely well-priced for the portions you receive. We had the vegetable noodle, eel roll, and tuna roll. At first, we were mistakenly given what looked like a California roll, and my husband is allergic to the crabstick used. I went back in and spoke to them, apologizing because they were busy. They had absolutely no problem fixing it, I only had to wait maybe five minutes.

The food is really tasty! It was so much better than we expected (we eat at a lot of places) considering our past experiences with Tokyo Grill. The workers are efficient and nice, helpful whenever you need it.

Service was perfect even though they were busy. They didn't skip a beat, and when we had an issue with the sushi, they didn't mind and corrected it. I can't thank them enough for that, we felt so bad!

The place is no real frills, it isn't fine dining atmosphere, but it is comfortable. It could get crowded if lots of people choose to eat in.

Overall, this has become our favorite place with one visit. The people, the value, the food, it's all great!

Vegetarian options: Rolls of sushi can be customized and there are dishes only containing veggies.

Dietary restrictions: Any customization (within reason) is accommodated.

Parking: This area gets busy and slammed during peak times. It's difficult to find a space at those times, but if you choose an earlier time, it's easier.

Kid-friendliness: Kids would be fine here in the atmosphere, and they do have a decent kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair, ramps in the concrete outside.”

The young lady that took our order (Staff) was very polite and she listened to our order. She smiled the entire time and suggested other items. She was very helpful. I ordered a special order burger and fries and a drink. My daughter had an avocado burger and fries and coffee. My son in law order a combo with a new drink (prickly drink). We received a number to put on the table, because a gentleman (staff) brought us our meals. Everything was absolutely delicious. The fries were really good. “Dos Amigos food is SO GOOD! I went by to pickup a couple doordash orders within the last week and it smelled delicious so my family and I came by to place an order ourselves! Staff are friendly and the store is super clean! The banda playing in the store sets a nice ambiance Our order consisted of a torta, quesadilla, and the new quesa birria tacos… it was all cooked perfectly. The birria is by far one of the best things I’ve had to eat since I moved here to spring! Tried the chicken quesadilla my grandpa ordered and it wasn’t my favorite but what matters is that my grandparents both loved it! I will definitely be coming back with my family for more meals here in the near future.”

We went in on pizza, nachos, and a flight of beer, and honestly, everything hit. The nachos were loaded, the pizza was fresh and just really good, and the beer flight was the move—perfect for sampling a mix and finding a favorite. It’s the kind of place you go once and already know you’ll be back.

For the families out there, we had our 9 month old and 6 year old with us. There were no issues at all. They were well prepared.”

She talked with another employee who said “I’ll be glad to remake the sandwich for you.” The amazing staff at this special Starbucks ~ #61508-294567 Platt Springs Rd & S Lake Dr - remade the Caramel Macchiato and Crispy Grilled Cheese sandwich for me. I was told to park at the side entrance so that the drive-thru line could continue moving efficiently. My coffee and sandwich were cheerfully brought out to my car. I sat there in that parking lot completely amazed!!! 🥰 🙏🏾 First, I thanked GOD for the delectable goodness that I was about to enjoy and then 🙏🏾 I prayed for those Starbucks employees….and then 🙏🏾 I gave thanks for the excellent way that they handled my issue. After all - I was indeed late. Yet they extended grace and kindness to me. I am writing this because I failed to get their names (wish that I had). I hope that in some way one of them will read this review and pass it on. Their kindnesses were so appreciated on my reward-pamper-myself day. Sometimes the serving sizes are smaller, but we've found that to be the case pretty much anywhere. The quality of the food is always good. It's always tasty and never dried out jerky like we've gotten at other restaurants. Our orders are filled accurately, even when we have a special order. On the rare occasion something is not right, they correct the issue with no problem. The staff is always courteous and friendly. We highly recommend this Chick-fil-A!”
