“I love Rush's. I love the cherry milkshake. The staff here is very good. A little slow but still ok. My only complaint is only having one size shakes. So if I want more than they offer I have to buy 2 shakes and have them put it in a large cup which is ridiculous.“

1) Their beef is never frozen and no fillers added, thats why you pay more. I would recommend getting the small burger if you don't like sloppy burgers, it has 1 paddy and is cheaper too. Learn how to order.
2) The grease, aka healthier option oil, peanut oil, and the oil on the bag is because they are so generous and give you triple the fries you order, stop complaining about free food! And the peanut oil on the bag soaks into the bag because they use a paper bag that will actually break down over time once in a landfill unlike plastic. Wake up! Also, this is freash hand cut fries from a farmer who's name is wrote on the board in the restaurant daily. I will pay more everyday for that!! Not lab grow mystery food!
3.) Sounds like you don't like peanut oil/grease, so maybe the one legitimate complaint you have about bacon missing is for the better.
4) You probably like burgers like McDonald's, What a burger, and burger king, so don't even comment if you are not an old school burger expert and want real food. This burger is as real/good as you can get at a fast food restaurant.

This location is as good as it gets, thrybare awesome, keep up the good work and providing real/quality food. Just because many people grow up eating junk and don't know good food doesn't mean jack squat. “This was my first time at Whataburger. I witnessed southern hospitality that you hardly ever see anymore. It was a very clean establishment. My son-in-law and my daughter celebrated 3 year anniversary of (Dating) on top of them taking me out to lunch. The young lady that took our order (Staff) was very polite and she listened to our order. She smiled the entire time and suggested other items. She was very helpful. I ordered a special order burger and fries and a drink. My daughter had an avocado burger and fries and coffee. My son in law order a combo with a new drink (prickly drink). We received a number to put on the table, because a gentleman (staff) brought us our meals. Everything was absolutely delicious. The fries were really good. My daughter wanted to color a page and so she did and then handed it in and the manager came out and asked to take their picture along with another of us 3 for their special day. Then he gave my daughter an adult coloring book. That made her day! He was really nice and observant. I will be back and will definitely spread the word.🦋“

“Justin helped me very quickly, he upsold me on a $1 apple pie and he had my food before i even had the chance to sit down. Fresh, fast, and clean. Gave extra care to my food, it all looked great. He showed great attitude and was extremely friendly.“

They've gotten a little pricey over the years but again you can't find a better burger or fries and certainly not for less money. 4 starts for the atmosphere because it is very loud in the new Lexington location. Inside is bad acoustics; outside is pretty close the the traffic on HWY 6.“

After getting told by Uber there was nothing they could do, I reached out and spoke to LEE who made one call and got the ordered canceled. “We are disappointed that ENCHIRITO has been taken off the menu. Also, we can no longer take the sour cream off the supreme soft taco. We eat at taco bell 5 out of 7 times a week. It is busy every time we are there. A number of customers have told us that if the enchirito is removed, they will no longer come to taco bell. We are very disappointed.
