“I was up at the lake, visiting with my Dad, and he wanted breakfast. So, we called and ordered and our order and it was ready in about 10 minutes. Long before my Dad, Ronnie, moved up there, we used Big Man's lake access for our boats. It has a nice atmosphere and quirky environment, which I respect!“

“This is a very UNSAFE establishment. After waiting for over an hour for food to be cooked, it still wasn't ready. So, I asked for a refund or credit to be sent to my credit card. The manager immediately becomes very rude. I told her I was tired of waiting and just wanted a refund. Her husband, who was just sitting in the dining area loitering, decides to jump up and starts cursing me, calling me a cracker-a** bi*** and telling me to get the f*** out Then the rest of the staff come out and surround me. They start cursing as well threatening to beat me up. I asked them to call the police as my phone was in the car, but they refused. Fortunately, my companion noticed them surrounding me and called the police and steps inside the store. The police arrived quickly and asked the manager to refund, but she refused, telling the police to tell me to call corporate, and she refused to give the number but stated for me to look it up myself. After nearly being the victim of a group assault I recommend everyone to stay away from this restaurant. This is the type of environment where people get hurt or worse! BE AWARE OF YOUR SAFETY!!“

“Order was correct and everything was great. Drive through server was so nice. If you haven't tried their cheesy Fiesta potatoes, you're missing out! Their Nacho fries are amazing too but sometimes they aren't on the menu. Great fast food restaurant!“

“Love Cookout and their menu. Fresh, never frozen Burgers and the best sweet tea, that's always the exact amount of sweetness. Never been a huge fan of Hush Puppies until I had Cookout's, they are my favorite side.“

“Ordered over the phone a meatball and chicken sub. Saw the prior reviews, didn't give much thought, wasn't expected fine dining...but let us just say, bravo!! One of the best Subways we have been to! Both sandwiches were correctly made from and were very good.“

“5 star all the way. I'm hard to please and the only Hardee's I'll eat at is this one. The fountain drink was perfect. I got a double cheeseburger, fries and drink for less than $7 and it was plenty of food. It wasn't greasy or sloppy. The staff takes pride in their work not just in the food but in the overall experience. That's so rare I can probably count on one hand the number of restaurants like that. For years I would not eat at any Hardees because generally they are not good. A couple of years ago I was in town and in a pinch tried this location. It was great and I was shocked. Today I went here again and it is still exceptional. This location has everything right. Other restaurants could learn from them. It truly was a pleasure eating here.“

You've barely got time to put your card back in your wallet before they're handing you your food. The service is always friendly and smiling. The food is always good and correct.
