I’m not one to leave reviews, especially bad ones but going to this taco bell is always a mistake. The employees are often exceptionally rude. We ordered the number 3 in the drive thru which has a chicken quesadilla and I asked if it was just chicken and cheese on it since it was not specified and the lady responded by saying “you don’t know what your ordering but your ordering?” In a very rude way. Didn't even get my food. I didn't hear them the first time when they said their grill was down, I asked again to clarify that their grill was down and she said Y-E-S. What kind of place is this lol. Have came here multiple times in the past, have been treated with horrible customer service and 30-40 minute wait times. Will never be coming back.
I arrived 20 minutes before closing to pick up two DoorDash deliveries. The store was fully open, but the staff completely ignored the drive-thru speaker. I drove around a second time to announce the orders, and again, received absolutely no response. (I understand the circumstance and having to deal with stuff near closing is annoying but not an excuse nonetheless)
