We went in for a quick dinner the other night and waited over 30 minutes for our food to come out. My husband had to go up and ask where our food was and the "manager" stated, she was busy training someone. He waited at the counter another 5 minutes and when the food came out, the order was wrong. My husband asked where our item was, the "manager" stated we had already gotten it. When my husband told her that we didn't, she turned her back on him and walked back to the line. She then commenced to laughing and loudly mocking him in front of her employees. All while he's standing there ! Another person in the dining room who had been waiting just as long, went up to the counter and asked for an update on their food and was yelled at by the same woman and was told they'd be addressed in a minute. Around that time, people she obviously knew came in and she stopped making food and walked to the front counter to cut up with her friend. The "manager" was just so rude and disrespectful. If all of that wasn't bad enough, they were playing trap music in the kitchen area loud enough that you could hear it in the dining room. I can't tell you how disgusting it is to be eating with your family and have to hear the N word, F word over and over. Overall, I give this Taco He!! a 0 out of 10. Do not recommend.

Order online for lunch on March 24,2024 when to the store to pickup the order they said they didn't have my order. There was two our customers there waiting for there orders but there order was not there at the store. You need to fix your online ordering system. The two employees who where working where very rude.

I’ve been to this location a few times. Today the crunchy tacos tasted incredibly off and the shell had a strong, pungent smell. Everyone in my family got sick within a few hours of eating there this morning.

Service is just slow waiting 10 to get the order taken and an additional 20 to wait on the order. There are quicker places in Batesburg recommend going somewhere else.

Service is the slowest ever. They’re not even busy. Why does it take 30 minutes to cook two items. Is it one at a time? I could make it quicker at home. As a “fast food” place this one sucks 100%. Got here at 10:25. Had to leave at 10:50 before even receiving food bc my work shift started. Lost out on $10. Then when asked for refund they said have to call my bank. How does that work? Don’t waste your time here unless you have time to actually waste.

Ordered breakfast on the app this morning as I showed up I said I had a mobile and noticed it was placed at the wrong location so I apologized and let the older lady know and she proceeded to say “omg what a waste of time” so I responded with you don’t have to be rude it was a accident she proceeded to say “idc you are wasting my time” so I said I wouldn’t come back and she answered with “ go ahead idc you over here wasting my time” the older lady that works every morning is always very rude which sucks because I get breakfast there every other day but I will not longer will be this place needs to learn good customer service

The customer service was bad. The app clearly shows pickup at 11:45. The app didn't show that I need to "check in" like the workers were telling me!

They charge ALOT more for your order if it is not ordered online and if you minus an ingredient!!! We ordered a Taco Party Box, that was priced on their website $20.99. They charged us $37.00 because we did not order it online and charged more because we minused tomatoes on 6 of the tacos!!!!!

Customers beware of this location of Taco Bell! There is absolutely no customer service and when ordering through the drive through they treat you terrible! I had one woman yell at me tonight because I used the numbers to make my order!

Been here multiple times last few months and the food is hot and fresh every single time and the service is nothing short of amazing, I was super pleasantly suprised each and every time and enjoy this location! Keep up the great work guys!!! And thank you!

We order online and my husband picked it up after work. When he got home the 4 chicken quesadillas weren't in the bag. I called twice to inform them and no one answered the phone. My husband went back with food and they went through the bag twice and told him they couldn't help him and asked him to come back in the morning. He informed them he had to work and we needed the food because it was for dinner. They made him wait over 40 minutes to give them to him. The food in our first bag was thrown back in anyway with our chips spilling every where. It was over an hour and half before we got the food to eat after the initial online order.
