KFC receives mixed reviews. While some appreciate the hot, fresh, and delicious food, others have had negative experiences with the staff's unfriendly attitude. Service through the drive-thru is noted as good, but the inside of the restaurant is described as greasy. The crispy chicken is a recommended menu item.
