We received hot, fresh chicken and the correct order in a timely fashion. The employee helping us seemed shy and didn't make eye contact. This is a vast improvement over a few weeks ago. Before food was cold, rice was burnt (and tasted burnt) and we didn't receive the correct order. The employees were cutting up, laughing and loud. This last time was soooo much better. I hope it continues.
Walking in there wasn’t much chicken to choose from. Which I only wanted wings. I asked how long the chicken had been there and the cashier said 15 minutes. Lies!! Those wings were cold and hard. I asked for fresh fries and they must have dropped some they had cooked already because they were hot but very hard. I wasted my money again. The second time this week. Cold fries both times and one of the main reasons I go there!!
