Couldn't get waited on at the drive thru walked in & still couldn't get waited on.The young girl was too busy talking to this guy about being pregnant & the guy in the black shirt came up spoke to the young high schooler guy that was talking to the girl about expecting & never said anything to me I stood there for a few mins & walked outGo back to the Drive thru & everything I wanted they was out ofWhy are y'all open till 10p EST when you have no food this is crazy you might as well close @ 9p or earlier.We know not to come back here at night Sonic it is

Place has gone completely down hill. Cold food, extremely long wait time, unsanitary. Managers definitely need to be fired. Would not recommend. If you want breakfast go to Hardee's, want chicken go to zaxbys just want some good food go literally anywhere else but here.

Ordered a leg and thigh dinner. Got the leg but no thigh.Ordered a chicken supreme combo with mashed potatoes and gravy. Got home style tenders instead even though I said I would wait on the supremes. The mashed potatoes were slop and was disgusting. Every time we go there it’s awful service, they ask for your order over and over and they get it wrong every time.
Ordered food at 630 in drive thru... Was still waiting for food at 715 in the parking spot for food... Told it would be 15-20minutes for chicken.. we ordered the 8 piece family meal.... DO NOT COME

In their defense, you can tell they are working short staffed but still smiling. Took any 20 minutes to order my 2 biscuits. Only had one person ahead of me. They only seem to work the drive-through. They had a lady in the dining area working whose body odor was so bad you couldn't stay. It filled the room.

Coming from someone who use to work at a Bojangle’s… the employees are RUDE. I understand being understaffed I DO I GET IT!! but we were parked for over 30 minutes waiting on “fries”. I went inside to ask for our food and the workers were rude stating that I had already gotten my food when I definitely didn’t!! Why would I still be waiting? With an attitude the lady behind the counter made our food still stating that she knows I got my food that she handed it out to me. Guess you handed out the wrong order, because it wasn’t to me. They didn’t even know they had people waiting for food pulled up.
