“I order from this location pretty frequently since it's a very short drive from my house. Whether you go inside or through the drive-through, the staff are always very polite and try to take your order and have you served within a timely manner. I've never sat (or stood) more than 5 minutes waiting on my food. The food is always fresh and tasty. All in all, I have no complaints and only good things to say about this particular location.“

“5 stars, because the food is *chefs kiss” I picked up my to-go order during a lunch rush and when I got home I realized it was not what I had ordered. I called once I realized the mistake and Crystal (manager) was so polite and even asked ME how I wanted it to be handled. I completely understand how hectic it gets and sometimes things get mixed up. No biggie, I was able to go back and get my correct order with Crystals help. She even gave me a cookie. So with that being said…. 5 STARS.“

“I'm here often & they work hard every time. I see them actually working & helping each other. Tonight I waited 10 mins after ordering & then stepped back up to the waiting side counter. 3 different people came up to help me & apologized for the delay. Then when they gave me my food a mere few mins later, they also gave me a free meal card for the wait. Very honorable & great customer service!“

“Very busy restaurant with staff that worked hard to keep it clean and efficient. My only complaint was that I ordered a large fry with “allergy alert” (separate bag, change of gloves) for a child in our party with numerous food allergies. The waffle fries are the only “safe” food for her at CFA. The alert was ignored by whoever bagged our food. The fries came in the same bag as the sandwich, with ketchup packets laying on top of them. For an allergy alert situation, this is unacceptable. Please don’t offer this service if the staff is going to ignore it.“
