My friend and I were two needy customers wanting extra sides and to go orders. Lots of extras for just two people. She went out of her way to accommodate everything we needed and asked for. “I had an issue with my Uber Eats order going to the wrong location. After getting told by Uber there was nothing they could do, I reached out and spoke to LEE who made one call and got the ordered canceled. No doubt I reordered right away for the right location and will keep my orders going to Tokyo Grill because of this kind of service.“

“We have been regularly coming here for years, always consistently good food. Today I had my usual nacho basket, for some reason the jalapeños are now dumped on top of the chips, I suppose for presentation. problem is that the juice makes the chips soggy. this might seem petty but there's nothing worse than soggy chips. also the cheese sauce was brown and clumpy, like it was old. this was my first bad meal. please go back to the peppers in a cup and a nice fresh creamy cheese sauce. thanks!“

“I have eaten here a few times. The chicken salad is great! The croissant each time is a bit dry. I switched to their wheat bread, which was better. The quality of their chicken salad is amazing. So flavorful! The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The cute little cookie you get just ordering a sandwich was a nice treat! I’ve tried the broccoli cheddar soup, that is very cheesy and tasty. The pasta salad was kind of bland and a super small portion but that’s ok. They have lots of options to figure out what you like. The price is not bad if you just do the sandwich, less than $10. My favorite is the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. The sriracha is a nice touch! The cranberry Kelly is good too! That one reminds me of cape cod chicken salad like back home. This place is always packed but the staff is always nice and get you in and out pretty quickly. My new favorite lunch spot!“

“There pizza is delicious made with perfection and affordable they always have a special going on that is very affordable as well, although there was a hiccup with my last order but they didn't make it right the next round, thank you Marco's“

“While the food and play place were delicious and clean respectively, my son managed to escape from the play place and attempted to saddle up at a table with a chic fil a employee.

This didn't detract from the quality of the food or the service.

“ROBIN, the Team Leas was my cashier when I visited with my family. It’s our first time at this location. She’s so accommodating, even introduced me to their new mix & match menu which is new to me. She explained how I can save with that option. I felt valued by her politeness and patience. I gave a 4 star because I find the chicken meat to be lesser. All the sandwiches and salad were freshly made. Great experience. I noticed Robin making sure the place is kept clean. She’s walking around wiping tables and throwing trash.“

“I must say, this was the best Zaxby's meal I've ever had. The tenders were perfect, a little crunchy which I loved, the bread was well buttered and perfectly toasted, there was adequate sauce and the fries were piping hot and well seasoned. The sweet tea is a rare miss at Zaxby's and this was no exception. I will certainly be back. Thanks for the delicious meal at the end of a long day.“
