“We found RF's through Google reviews after discovering that our favorite burger place is a buffet until two o'clock on Sundays...
Decent overall experience at this restaurant with a couple of correctable issues.
The servers were polite and helpful.
The general atmosphere was clean and comfortable, albeit rather chilly.
We both ordered the backyard burger medium rare with sweet potato fries.
The burger itself was perfectly cooked and delicious. Unfortunately, I wanted bacon on my burger, and they were "out of bacon..."
How?! There is a Food Lion right beside the restaurant.
The sweet potato fries were seasoned with brown sugar, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the fries were cold when we received them.
The total bill for two people, including the tip, was $40.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but probably wouldn't make the trip to return.“

She was very friendly, and apologetic, and offered to remake my order, without compromise. “I’ve been here on several occasions with friends and family and it’s among my top places to eat. It looks like they’ve redesigned since my last visit and it looks great. In particular, I want to thank the staff for their efforts hosting our office Christmas party. Our original location shut down due to water damage a few weeks before our event but the restaurant was able to accommodate our 30 person party, including many little ones, with no issues at all. They even provided us with a beautiful private space allowing us more freedom to move and interact with each other. Excellent work from booking to execution. A big thanks to our main server who put up with us too! Consider Old Mill for your off campus office gathering or other event!

Vegetarian options: The menu had a few options for vegetarians including salads and spinach dip for an appetizer.

“One of the nices places to dine in at. We have been coming here for over four years and I must say i'm still happy with this reasturant. The owner and her family run the place, and they are always very friendly. They even have paper and penciles for the kids to draw and color, they will even put up the art on their walls, which brings a smile to the kids.
Food wise the place is great quality. Chicken is always fully cooked and never raw. The can cook the floppy fries (chips) to be very floppy or crunchy. Burgers are flavorful and there are a few varieties to choose. Beer battered onion rings are my favorite, and their chef salad with ranch is always refreshing. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great food, nice atmosphere, and a good price.“

I said at the bar in my dreams were coming in like they were supposed to and then I ordered a 12 oz ribeye steak can I ask for a medium and it came out just the way I wanted it when I was very impressed and that's why I'm back again today tell me a couple of drinks and need another steak, how do you recommend this place can I travel a lot so it's hard to find a good Applebee's

“I only give the food 3 stars because it really depends on what you get. And there us also times that the food Is a little to greasy but still very good and flavourful. The coffee is not the best but still good. Really recommend to go in the morning for breakfast and to relax. The people are very friendly only thing is sometimes they forget little things like the pico de Gallo, sour cream, etc. But over all I like going there.

“I ordered for pick up online for my family of 5. Everything was delicious! The burgers were fresh, you could tell it’s not frozen meet. My husband got the cheesy burger, basically a grilled cheese burger. He raved about it. I got the steakhouse burger. That A1 sauce soaks in well. My oldest got the bourbon bacon burger. All the burgers were full of flavor and super juicy. My little guy had the cheese burger kids meal. He devoured it. The kids meal is well worth the price, very comparable to fast food kid meal prices but wayyy better quality. My middle child ordered the cheese steak and was very happy with it. We shared cheese curds and let’s just say you can tell they are made fresh. So good! My husband particularly loved the spicy cheese curds! We ordered the full size chili cheese fries and it was huge! It was very tasty. Beware if you have picky eaters like me, there are tiny onions and peppers in there. Lastly the shakes. Man, they are amazing! We tried three different flavors and each one of us were impressed. No artificial flavor. Overall, this place was amazing. The staff was super friendly and hard at work. I didn’t have to wait long once i arrived for my order. The restaurant was well kept and very clean inside. Plenty of seating available and I’m pretty sure I saw high chairs. The quality of the ingredients, how fresh everything was and the fact it held up fine on my 20 minute drive home made this a 5 star experience. I’m so glad we found this hidden gem! No pictures because we were all starving. ?“
