Order half a sandwhich and soup. Sandwhich was tiny triangle of a sandwhich .. 1/4 of the half with no condiments at all. Second time giving them a try.. won't be back for a third time.
McAlister's has been around for awhile and one of the traditional' 'go to' places in Lexington. There is a large adjacent parking lot that services the commercial strip mall of which McAllisters is a part which is convenient but doesn't mean you'll always park close. Like most places McAlisters seems to suffer from lack of help and when we visited many tables were not cleaned and the restrooms needed attention. Food is great. When I was there a few tables needed to be cleaned up though. Staff was nice and knowledgeable about gluten free options.Dietary restrictions: Staff was knowledgeable about GF options but nothing was dedicated.
