“Not as friendly or service oriented as some other locations but the food was still up to the Groucho's standard. It is entirely possible I visited on a hard day for the staff. I wish them all well and look forward to visiting again in hopes it was just an off day.“

And I would maybe do it again because it delivered on all the chick fil a points but it was just weird. “Joseph (Dr) was phenomenal on his customer service and very knowledgeable. Definitely left a lasting impression on my 1st visit to Zaxbys at Newberry . Will not be my last for sure . Look forward to future visits . Hope to see Joseph smiling face when I return . Food was delicious and made to order.“
