Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences that vary by visit. Many customers appreciate the hot and fresh food, especially the chicken finger with fries and cole slaw. The staff is generally noted for being helpful and professional, even during busy times. Despite long lines, employees often manage to keep things moving smoothly, and they are quick to correct any order mistakes.
However, some reviews highlight issues with service and cleanliness. Customers have reported problems, such as long waits for orders and employees not acknowledging diners during busy hours. There are also concerns about the cleanliness of certain areas, including spills in the restrooms and the use of strong cleaning products that may affect the dining experience. Additionally, there are notes about food preparation, particularly with the kickin' it chicken, where the bread is sometimes overgrilled.
Overall, while many enjoy their meals and commend the service, there are areas for improvement that could enhance the customer experience at this location. With a little attention to detail and consistency in service, Zaxby's has the potential to elevate its reputation further.
