Wish they'd pay more attention to the customers in the back. And get the food out faster especially to the ones that are not in the Drive-Thru

Based on six reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has a convenient location with a drive thru that moves quickly during peak times. The food is consistent with great flavor, and the tender platters are great when feeding several teenagers. A longtime customer says it is the best Zaxby’s and best management by far, with employees who are always understanding and food that is always perfect. A customer loves the relatively new item, the cheesecake bites with strawberry sauce. The staff are very nice and go above and beyond. The service, food, and order have been on point, the counter staff are courteous, and the dining room is clean and well stocked. However, one customer had boneless wings with tongue torch that tasted like they been sitting awhile with very little sauce. Another had eggrolls that came out super burnt, and management didn’t seem to care.
