I'm here often & they work hard every time. I see them actually working & helping each other. Tonight I waited 10 mins after ordering & then stepped back up to the waiting side counter. 3 different people came up to help me & apologized for the delay. Then when they gave me my food a mere few mins later, they also gave me a free meal card for the wait. Very honorable & great customer service!

Came in 2 hours prior to closing, lobby is in pristine condition and our food came out quick. The food quality tops any Zaxbys we’ve been in. The loaded fries are actually LOADED, the fries are seasoned to perfection, and the taste matches the quality. The only reason I’m rating 4 stars out of 5 is due to the teenagers up front. Very unprofessional and goofing off the entire time, not to mention the girl up front was not the kindest while taking our order. They’re teenagers, so I’m taking it with a grain of salt. Everything else really made up for the lack of customer service skills.

First off, make sure you tell these guys ‘light ice’ they fill my large drink to the very top with ice every time and it feels like a scam if I’m being honest. The quality of the food here used to be fantastic every time I visited, since the grand opening. But lately it seems like it’s hit or miss with the fried chicken. Just wish the quality of this place was what it used to be 5 years ago

We came here for a family dinner after an event. The drive thru was pretty busy, but we wanted to eat inside, which was not busy. I ordered for my family of 4, and the order could not have been simpler as I just got 1 of the family packs and waters. However, it took a very long time to get our food. I'm not sure why it took so long, and it was just chicken fingers, which you'd think they would have going all the time. The young girl at the counter seemed a little timid and seemed at times like she was trying to avoid eye contact with me because I was still waiting even after 4 or 5 people who had ordered after me at the counter all got their food. Other than the delay, the food was definitely hot and fresh. I just wish Zaxby's would be more like Chick-fil-a when it comes to sauces because they are stingy, but their food isn't cheap. 20 chicken tenders and 2 orders of fries shouldn't have to pay extra to get more than 4 sauces.

I don’t eat Zaxby’s often but they didn’t even add enough sauce on my Nibblers. It looks like they added one little drop on top, I’m very disappointed. The food is still decent.

I've found ONE location that actually has good management. Employees completely untrained, disorganized, clueless. Food leaves much to be desired. Fast food (slow food) poor quality and ridiculous prices. $13.00 for 10 little dried out wings. Nothing more.
