Staff are awesome, Atmosphere awesome Burgers are great. I had macaroni and cheese for the side, and it wasn't good at all. Also, there weren't any soft drinks on tap, they had cans, no free refills. Food was price reasonable.I think with a little adjustment to food, especially the sides (maybe offer French fries as a side with burgers), this place can be a hit. We have been here a few times. The food and service is good. They don't have a heat lamp in the kitchen so when the food is done it is carried out right away. The Cuban is my favorite of the sandwiches. They used to have a charcuterie board that was great. But they do not have that now. Their sodas are sold by can and no refills on those.

My first time there and I was quite overwhelmed by the set-up of the building. It's like a bunch of rooms leading into each other and due to the openness very loud.
