Dont know why this has a lower rating in reviewsStopped in for a bite got the southwest chicken melt , Karen at register was polite and friendly , after waiting a brief time to have my sandwich , I was called Daniel.. and was given my order with a smile and politeness from the long dark hair woman and she said have a terrific day .. which made my day Kudos Panera and apology for not recognizing what her name was
Wifey really likes this place. It's got great food selection, with pretty fair prices. The staff is really nice and helpful too. I love the sandwiches, but my wife really enjoys the salads. It does get pretty busy on the weekends, so be warned.

We have been to the location twice for breakfast. The first time, service was slow getting sandwiches even though only ones waiting. Food tasted good though. The second time, we went through drive thru and they keyed in the incorrect sandwich, so I did not receive correct item (and charged for wrong one). A digital screen of order like at McDonald's would have been nice and we could have caught the error before paying and receiving at the next window. I ate it but I did not enjoy...read full review
