“Although it's a small family owned restaurant where most people ordered to go, I decided to dine in. I ordered the General Tso's Chicken which came with a plentiful to go plate of chicken, roasted pork fried rice and an egg roll for a total of $10.98. The food looked and tasted was great! They also have bottled drinks and water at a reasonable price. Bottled water was $1.25.“

“My wife and I ate at this Panera by Lowe’s Home Improvement December 31st. We hadn’t been there in a while but the food is consistently the same and they change some of the seasonal offerings. The people taking the orders are generally pleasant, patient and helpful. However they have a tendency to neglect to offer the side item choices and assume you want the baguette. I am diabetic and cant eat bread which is disappointing because their Chipotle Chicken Avo Melt is delicious. We usually order a salad each. This time my wife met me there and ordered before I arrived. We each had the Southwest Chicken Ranch which is very filling, loaded with chicken strips and Avocado slices, grape tomatoes, roasted corn, fresh cilantro, blue corn tortilla strips, and drizzled with chipotle aioli. As expected my wife asked for an apple and the kitchen gave us baguettes. The atmosphere is generally quiet, well lit and clean however this time the kitchen was out of dishes and had to serve our salads in To Go containers. No explanation for the absence of dishes other than there weren’t any clean ones ( primarily why I gave service a 3 star rating this time). Panera offers a variety of beverages from coffee and soda to several flavors of smoothies. They have a variety of bagels and pastries for a small breakfast and some snacks and deserts. It’s a nice place to have coffee and a bagel and do some reading, more so than Starbucks. All in all it’s generally a pleasant experience and the service is generally very good.“

“We had a party of 6 at 3:45pm it was busy but it was tax free weekend and so many people in the surrounding shops. Josh was our server. Oh. My. Goodness. He was so great! We were a simple table, all soups and salads and one kids meal but it’s still a lot to keep all ours bowls refilled and drinks full and he did so great. My daughter did have to wait about 20 mins to get her soup as they were out of the chick and gnocchi but it came eventually. We sent him back like three times for soup refills and he was kind and on top of it just filling things as he saw needed. We spilt the check and I left a 20% tip even after my friend dropped a 20& tip on the table. Josh should run the training program there is that exists… I would LOVE to say I’ll be back just because of the service, but never again. I have heard about the traffic there and I know tax day made it worse but it took us 45 mins to get out of the parking lot and through the light. People were miserable and selfish not letting people in, getting out of cars yelling. I honestly thought people exaggerated about the traffic there but even the hostess who was so sweet and all smiles said she gets off shift and just goes and sits in the parking lot for hours because she knows nobody will ever let her out. That’s no way to live. I can’t ever see myself going back to that area of town again. Anything my teens wanted from that mall nearby there I can order online and not deal with the continued ugliness of bumping and elbows and running through my child and cutting people off and blocking traffic over 2” advance on the pavement … Its a shame what I saw in people continuously all day around there. Nope. But thank goodness for Josh. He turned the day around… just in time to sit in that lot …“

“delicious food and they give a gargantuan amount of sauce which in my opinion is pretty awesome. the only reason this establishment is not getting five stars from me is because they put my noodies in a strange to go box. the first time i opened it i was baffled to find a large knotted cube in a small styrofoam container. still very delicious but makes it super messy in my fridge and counter and stovetop. best place in the area i would have to say after getting extreme food poisoning from all the other local spots.“
