“I have been eating here for years, pork egg fu young, general tso's chicken, and hunan beef, and it is ALWAYS hot, good and the same. Unlike Chinese buffets where food sits there in containers, the Great Wall cooks it right there, so it is always hot, and the portions are large. There is always a steady stream of other people who like the food coming in to get takeout orders. Yes, the restaurant has been there for years without major renovations, but that is no problem for me, and just adds to the uniqueness of the restaurant. I like it just as it is.“

“ROBIN, the Team Leas was my cashier when I visited with my family. It’s our first time at this location. She’s so accommodating, even introduced me to their new mix & match menu which is new to me. She explained how I can save with that option. I felt valued by her politeness and patience. I gave a 4 star because I find the chicken meat to be lesser. All the sandwiches and salad were freshly made. Great experience. I noticed Robin making sure the place is kept clean. She’s walking around wiping tables and throwing trash.“

Additionally, the server that stepped in for her momentarily was amazing as well. Last but not least, the female manager is a 10/10! “This is for all Paneras…why are there no gluten free bread options. To be a place who prides themselves on healthy food there really isn’t many truly healthy options. Gluten free people are excluded. No one wants a sandwich with no bread and there is not one gluten free bagel. This is ashamed and Panera should do better at adhering to those who have allergies.“
